NJS PROPERTY GROUP レビュー

Accommodating, Inclusive & Thorough
Natasha and Ruby managed our survey, and their handling of the process was excellent. Ruby consistently maintained clear and effective communication throughout the case. After the survey, Natasha provided comprehensive information and clarification on the report. She walked us through the report page by page, ensuring we fully understood every detail. Both Natasha and Ruby were very accommodating with scheduling meetings and were always reachable. Highly recommend NJS.
Thank you again!

After extended search for a surveyor, I chose NJS and I am very happy I did. Natasha was very communicative from the beginning, fast at proceeding with my booking, and quick to answer all of my questions. The report I received is very easy to read and thorough, exactly as I wanted it. On top of this, Natasha called me right after the survey to offer me a summary of the findings. I definitely recommend NJS!

A very detailed survey that saved me potentially a nightmare of structural issues ahead.

I will use again.

Natasha from NJS property Group is an absolute joy to work with.

We received a great service from RSG. After scouting around for companies, Natasha replied promptly and looked like the best company to instruct for our level 3 building survey. The report came back in a timely manor as promised and with great detail. There was assurance along the way including a thorough phone call after the survey had been completed.

Everything from initial contact to questions deriving from the report have been seamless.
Highly recommend.

Very happy with the survey. The report was thorough, and clear enough so the very important things stand out immediately. The process itself was pretty straightforward, I was updated along all the steps, and got a call on the day of the inspection to get the highlights, and what to expect in the report.

Quick response to my questions and the report contains all the details I want to know or reminders on items I need to be awared of.

I had a great experience with NJS PROPERTY GROUP LTD for my property survey. They sent me the quote quickly and assist the process smoothly. As a surveyor, Nathasha was professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Communication was excellent, and the final report was detailed and delivered on time. Highly recommend NJS PROPERTY GROUP LTD for anyone needing a reliable surveyor!

Very happy with the level 3 building report provided by NJS Property Group. Ruby kindly managed to fit us in to avoid further delays with the purchase process, and Natasha completed the inspection. I received a detailed report of the findings along with any actions/considerations ahead of progressing with the property. Natasha called on the day of the inspection with a high-level overview of the findings, which was very much appreciated, and the detailed report followed a few days later. Crucially, the report highlighted a crack in the garage that needed further investigation, and something that we would not have picked up without this survey in place. Would recommend and use again when needed.

Really good professional small company. Pricing very competitive. Service excellent. Report comprehensive and delivered on time. Can’t really fault them.

it was handled very professionally and we got a very detailed report back with in a week, which also helped us renegotiate the price so good value for money

Thanks for completing our survey, this was done very efficiently and the report came back detailed and very useful.

Highly recommended NJS for surveying. They provides quality services with a very competitive price comparing to other online quotes. Also, they work very swiftly to arrange for accessing the property and writing the report.

Had a very good experience with NJS, quick response and supportive staff.

Natasha did a great job for our survey. She arranged the visit quickly and provided the report within a few days.
The report is clear and detailed, and she identified several things we hadn't seen. The communication with her and her team was prompt and easy.
All around a great service, which we would use again if we had occasion to.

Natasha did a level 3 survey for us on an ex-PRC house - the survey was very detailed and she was really helpful afterwards in responding to our questions. Would defo recommend

Natasha did a very comprehensive survey that came with a lot of defects in the Hause, she made herself available 3 times so that we could ask follow up questions to understand well the problem detected, and gave recommendations about other surveyors for damp and structural engineer.

Hello,

My experience with the company NJS Property group and the surveyor was absolutely brilliant. From the start communication was very efficient, regular and professional.

Everything was well explained including the level 3 building reports. This report is extremely detailed, well organised and explained. It so full of relevant, important and detailed information. It has given me extra insight on the property I am purchasing.

Well the information guided me to find further issues with that particular property, so I didn’t proceed with the sale. I am extremely grateful because this has saved me £1000’s.

What is even better is each part of the report has images and is easily explained thoroughly. The surveyor Natasha is absolutely brilliant and anyone I know who is looking for a property I will 100% recommend her.

I will definitely contact her and NJS Property Group again when I decide to buy another property in the future.
