Having read all the negative reviews, I was very skeptical. However, as the prices were too good to miss, I went ahead and placed the order. The order was shipped the same day and delivered by DHL the very next day. Tracking was provided promptly. I was pleased that the order arrived absolutely complete, all items were in pristine condition and everything was as ordered, nothing was missing or incorrect (and I had 18 items in my order!). Very pleased with everything and will be ordering from the No7 website again.

Waste of money smell of perfume is rubbish it’s not what they saying…

I would give it zero stars if I could. Ordered 3 items on subscription as it was cheaper that way. Received the items, so cancelled the subscription. one month later, I see I was charged for the same subscription from my bank account. Checked on the site and the items were marked "auto renew off' I messaged and was told that when you cancel a subscription it cancels after the next one has been sent! Nowhere on the site does it say this. I returned the unopened items weeks ago for a refund and still waiting. I had to pay for the return too.

I have regular subscriptions from No7 and had a problem with one of them.

I tried to cancel my subscription and couldn’t due to a technical problem. Tracey at No7 replied to my message stating that she had cancelled my subscription. This was done promptly and I was impressed with the service. Thank you Tracey.

If you order from this company, you may or may not receive what you ordered! If its may not, then don’t expect any useful help from their customer service department. I ordered 5 products, received one ( in a small box) sent photos, made 3 phone calls, endless messages. They insisted they had sent all 5 items! I wasn’t lying! Their customer service say they take at least 5 days to look into the problem, It took 3 weeks and they were still insisting they had sent all 5. Until eventually I persuaded them that they had only taken payment for one item. I had to send proof! Only then did they agree they had only sent one. I would never use them again!

I would like to know if No7 Protect and Perfect has recently been changed.
I have used it ever since it came out years ago, I am 80 and have very good skin so people tell me. Now I find this product is not the same as it was, it smells awful, it feels very thin almost watery and is very sticky.I am so disappointed after years of being so happy with it.

I had a code for on night cream free when you buy the day cream …purchased day cream , code for free cream accepted … order arrived without the free night cream !! After two emails later and several days waiting I get fobbed off with you should have added the free item in the basket too to get it free !! Useless , con merchants … avoid !!

I ordered a medium beauty balm from number seven I received the medium rich colour instead. I've just spent 40 minutes on the phone trying to get through but there is no other way to return the item without speaking to someone very frustrating

Great products but service is terrible.
Ordered a cream for next day delivery. 3 days later still not arrived. I contacted them and 2 days later they said there was an issue. I cancelled the order and was told the cancellation was complete and I would receive a refund.
5 days later I have just received an email saying my order is on the way. I contact them and they have sent the order out after cancelling and say it’s up to me to return and wait for refund.
The email responses always seem to be conveniently not understanding the situation. Plus no live chat.
I’ve had problem before with them like this so I’m done.
I would avoid!

Their skin care products have a list of chemicals a mile long including Amazon Rain Forest destroying palm derivatives - put the products I bought straight in the bin in disgust!

They don’t post or remove bad reviews of their products on their official site. I wrote honest reviews as their some product heavy allergic which should not be as they are stated. Vile company.

This is NOT part of Boots! I mistakenly thought I could order from here and return what I did not want to Boots - nope!! You have to pay for your own returns. Absolute con and awful customer service.

Made a purchase of over £91 which was meant to give me 3 free gifts for spending over £45, however, I didn’t receive them and when I queried this they just stated it was not on my order! No apology, no suggestion that they would send them out. I will not be using this site again.

I like No 7 and some products are brilliant, however on Thursday 23 January I bought 2 “Stay Perfect Smoothing Eye Shadow” in 2 colours they are the worst eye shadow I have ever bought. The eye shadow does not stay on the eye lids more than 15 minutes at best. Really disappointed.
Unhappy long term customer

Horrible customer service. I purchased the LED cordless mirror, however, the charging cable became damaged, so I contacted customer support just to ask what type of charger it was so I could replace it. Well, that was 7 days ago and there were 10 emails back and forth, and I still don't know what kind of cable to buy. When I sent the first message they asked where I purchased the mirror, and I said boots, and they said it's not their problem, but then I said that I was told in Boots to send my inquiry directly to no 7. Then they asked what the exact product was, so I copied and pasted the exact name of my product, but that still wasn't enough, and asked me to send a picture of my mirror. I was then told that they would have to check with their product specialist team and get back to me, however, this was 4 days ago and I have received nothing since. This is absolutely disgraceful behavior, it's not as if I'm demanding a refund or replacement, I just need to know what wire to purchase, and it's taken over 8 days!!!

Had been a bit concerned after reading some reviews, but everything was fine. Had confirmation email for my order, date it was due to be dispatched and delivered - fully tracked delivery with Royal Mail.
Products were exactly what I ordered and at a great price. Very happy

Item stuck somewhere in space, asked for a refund, still not received.

Absolutely disgrace placed order arlt start of December and still no sign of product won't give refund as been in dispatch for about a week and no sign of delivery never again will I order and would recommend the same to others

Can I give No stars? Service and customer service is shocking!!
I placed an order for some party makeup-things I don’t use like eye shadow, pencil, blush and bronzer as I need them for my Xmas party Friday. Placed the order in good time and it should have been delivered 2 days ago. I have a message stating it’s delayed and has not left the warehouse? How can this be? It was in stock and had a 48 hour post office delivery. I sent an email of complaint needing a solution. Automated message saying they will let me know when it leaves the warehouse? That is not helping me at all or helping me find a solution. So I sent another email and live chat only to have the same auto response-the lady Anistasia had not even read my lengthy message. What is the point of having customer services if they are only going to say it’s busy there is a delay we will let you know when it is on its way? That does not help me with my Christmas party tomorrow?! I ordered online for a reason. I don’t have time to go to the shops. Awful service and the worst customer services ever.
