Out and out thieves

Would give them less if possible. After receiving an inferior pair of shoes and numerous emails the same as in other reviews, contacted my credit card company and got a full refund. Email Noah London saying "these goods are no longer required and ready for collection"

The Blazer I ordered took nearly 30 days to arrive , when it did arrive it looked nothing like the photo or description given . Really thin cheap material stitching really poor . When I asked for a refund they refused although their website says guaranteed 30 day refund . Noah London is just an online shop selling cheap inferior Chinese goods ,stay well clear and buy elsewhere . I eventually got a charge back from my bank .

This is a front for a Chinese company my flip flops took two weeks to arrive by which time I was already on holiday. Quality is rubbish they were supposed to be orthotic with built in arch support but were just cheap flip flops at an over inflated price threw them in the bin.

So they are called Noah London. But when you need to return items, it's not London at all. The items I received came in Shein like transparent bags and are of the same quality. I asked for a return but since the items came with a discount, my request was denied. This was not made clear before. It applies to sales items, but not items that were cheaper because of buying two and getting one free. I was offered a 50% discount on my next purchase which is laughable since the items are of such shockingly bad quality. Don't fall for the pictures. What you will receive is nothing like on the photograph. As for the 30 day hassle free return policy advertised on their website, don't fall for that one!!!!

Jacket was some 15 centimetres shorter than shown in the picture. Skimpily cut, so it did not close, or even come close to closing. This is misselling. They demanded shipping costs for a replacement contrary to their own terms and full refund only on tracked return abroad, costing, they say up to £25. Warm and reassuring emails offer no fair terms. Do not buy from them unless you have money to burn.

Ordered a pair of sandals back in mid-August. Started receiving messages about “delays in quality control” When finally got notice of dispatch it was clear that this item is shipping from China and that the quality of product and UK/US provenance the website claims are obviously false. Still not received my item.
As per many other reviews on here, avoid this scam company. They are fake!

Don’t buy anything from this site—it’s a scam. The products may look good in the photos, but they’re actually subpar clothing and items that they buy for pennies and resell for hundreds. Don’t waste your money!

This company took 24 days to send good promising numerous times that item has been dispatched ( probably from china) the flip flops were very poor quality and not true to colour ordered.Showed quality picture of footwear.But received very cheap looking product Would never use them again .

This company is a deliberate scam.
They manufacture cheap copies of real quality goods.
Use original images on there websites.
After the fact they state that sale items are none reternable and want to charge to retern the item.
You will then get a 50% refund as a credit note!

The shoe bore no resemblance to the picture and is not an arch fit shoe.
Customer service is refusing to allow me to return. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE

Why don't you guys offer the option of "zero stars"? That's what I would give. Initially, delays to delivery due "quality control", then eventually collected by courier. Guess which one - Evri! At that moment, I knew I was never going to receive a thing. My last delivery from them disappeared without trace, and the retailer to which that was supposed to have been delivered said that they had stipulated that they would no longer have anything to do with them. Back to this order, and sure enough, first email from Evri said they couldn't deliver at the originally specified time. No follow up. Phoned Evri, giving delivery number, but just got an automated bot type response which told me to contact the original supplier. Following day, supplier tells me that Evri have told them it was delivered, then I get email from Evri telling me that my item has been delivered. The photograph attached to "prove" delivery contained no image and was blank. Last time, at least there was an image, of a damaged cardboard box with no label on show and no identifiable back ground. At the time of "delivery", the house was occupied, and in a room which looked directly along the path to our door. No one had been, and our security camera saw no body or vehicle either. I have requested a refund, which if processed in a timely manner, will lead to a more favourable edit of this review, but as it stands just now, no stars! (And that will go for Evri (again) as well).

Do not buy anything from this company. The delivery service is dreadful and much longer than they say. ‘Free returns’ or ‘refund’ does not happen - even though it is available when you buy items. I’m annoyed at myself for being foolish enough to buy from them. I’ve now paid for poor quality shoes unlike what was offered and I can’t get my money back. Shocking!

Dreadful

The slippers are not at all as advertised and Noah London have obviously used a photograph of a far superior slipper. They are extremely poor quality and have a very hard plastic sole that doesn't bend at all and no orthopedic arch support whatsoever. The sizing is also 'off'. Avoid like the plague!

A lesson to anyone considering purchasing from this rouge organisation. Read all the negative (there are no Positives) reviews first like I embarrassingly didn't.
All their stuff is typical inferior Chinese crap and there is no support that you can rely on. It's all smoke & mirrors.
I like many others were lead to believe this company is based in London, they're not, they are based in China, so don't believe their shopfront web picture, or their delivery times.
Having eventually received so called orthopaedic sandals. They arrived damaged and the size was clearly meant for Chinese people. The quality is atrocious.
I lost count of how many emails I sent requesting a return/ refund, when all they did when they did respond was to duck & dive from their legal obligations, so good luck to anyone trying to get anywhere, because you won't, regardless of legal threats etc.

Do not waste your money this is a scam site. Unfortunately I wasn’t smart enough to check trust pilot before purchasing some trainers. Like all the other reviews I had the exact same experience. I obviously didn’t get a refund. They took my money and ran. This is not a store in London either. They are based in Amsterdam and sells cheap stock from china. I was lucky enough to have a fantastic bank that gave me my money back I just hope they have investigated this scam of a company.

Cheap nasty plastic sandals sold as orthopedic ergonomic sandals. They charge £30.00 advise you of royal mail delivery take 2 weeks to arrive, come from China. Sold on eBay for £10.00. I will never buy anything from this company ever.

Ordered shoes described as specifically meant for people suffering from Plantar Fasciitis. Sale price reduced from £90 odd to £49.95. Received some odd emails before shoes finally arrived nearly a fortnight later. Unpacked them only to find they were totally unsuitable, instead of extra padding and arch support they had thin, hard, soles, no support or padding. They were the sort of thing you'd wear for water sports. The companies contact number is automatically answered but no one is here, the email response I got was that refunds are not given on sale items. A complete rip off, the shoes, far from being a bargain were useless, not worth £20 never mind £90! Avoid this company like the plague.

Product quality is rubbish items do not meet expectations. Sizing is not in line with expectations and bears little relation to UK sizing. Delivery took 3 weeks despite writing to cancel the order twice. Refund not available as shoes are a ‘sale item’. Offered 50% off another order but why buy more crap!
