I ordered a pair of boots on the 10th September. This was my second pair from the brand, i loved the first one and those arrived without issues. After a few inquiries on the new order, as I was not receiving any updates on shipment, I was told the order would be late, without confirmation of delivery date. As I insisted, I was told the order will be sent by 10 November. I really liked the boots so I agreed. The date has come and gone, there are no updates and I am not even receiving a reply to my inquiries! I paid £855, the money left my account on 10th September. I am shocked and extremely disappointed, and I hope this can be a warning to potential buyers - also as I can see I am certainly not the first one to complain about this! Also important to note somehow stock is available for pop ups so very clear this took priority over proper customer service and care.

Beautiful boots, but the seam across the toes is very uncomfortable! I was going to buy another pair based on the looks, but they are just too painful for the money.

The gattaca shoes are stunning and so comfortable! Such kind personal service ( owner literally emailed me back about size advice) and seamless shipping. I have 5 pairs of Nomasei shoes and experience has been perfect each time. Highly recommend!

I wasted a lot of money buying from you and won't be returning. The shoes are uncomfortable and overpriced. And your staff were smug and did not deliver on their promise. I know you're new and trying and I wish you luck, but, I'm sorry, first impressions are lasting impressions.

Love the women who run this company! They treat you like an instant friend! I’ve gone to their pop up in NYC twice now while I was there on vacation. Both times the shoes I ordered arrived to my home (from France!) before I did! They are so cool looking and I get lots of compliments! Highly recommend them!
