I just had a very bad transaction with another supplier who showed a picture of one thing and shipped another and when I tried to return the item I ended up having to call the Better Business Bureau so it could be resolved

when I talk to Morgan she was so understanding and so willing to do whatever I needed done to get the correct refrigerator Morgan is an asset to your company very professional prompt and helpful what a pleasant person to deal with thank you very much so far I am very pleased with everything

The item arrived today. We just ordered it a few days ago. We thought that was pretty fast. And it looks like just what we ordered.

I needed some parts for our Norcold frig in our horse trailer. I could not find anything until I contacted Norcold directly and they were so nice and helped me immediately. Thanks!

The kit should be supplied with the replacement door

I ordered a control board for my fridge, unfortunately it was the wrong one.
Return went smooth and any contact was met with a happy and apologetic voice.

Received my door tray today. It took several weeks, but was forewarned about the long delivery time when I first ordered. We were pleased to find this hard to find item. Would shop here again.

I assume the circuit board you sent is good but after following the instructions carefully, it still doesn’t work. I had an online person here who was helping but that person has stopped responding.
