I ordered a refrigerator shelf for our camper and it was the wrong one. I sent numerous messages with absolutely NO response. I would NEVER buy from them again due to HORRIBLE customer service!

never received my product

Ordered parts from them over 2 years ago and still have not received them. Called the phone number no one ever answers and they won't respond to emails either. This company is nothing but a scam. Lost $250 to them.

Part ordered was never delivered. No response to my emails. I was not refunded for the cost of the part.

I never got the parts I ordered a year ago. I have contacted Morgan Crafton, the owner, by phone and email several times but never got a response. She already charged the amount of $116.24 to my credit card. I've requested a refund since it's almost a year and still waiting for a response.

I ordered my parts, and after waiting for several weeks, I finally called in. They gave me some lame excuses about the difficulty of their business, and shipped out the parts. I finally received them, but they were not what I ordered. I called again, and to this day, they’ve done nothing to fix the problem

Ordered last July and never recieved. After multiple attempts to contact have determined this is a scam!!!

As others have said fraudulent company, charged for a part never shipped, no answer to dozens of emails or phone calls, don’t order here they will take your money but you’ll never receive the product or any response.

I going to echo what many others have said. Ordered a new door for my Norcold refrigerator. Credit card was charged promptly but nothing else. Order was made Oct 17, 24. I’ve called 4 times emailed and tried to chat; no response at all. Got the bank working on a refund. How do these people stay in business?

Because of all these reviews I read after I purchased a door for my fridge, I have been proactive with my bank. Ordered 10/7 and not heard anything and not received the door. I disputed claim with my bank! Already bought new fridge since I couldn't wait too long! Don't even try with these people!

Communication is not part of this company’s vocabulary. I ordered a part that was supposed to be 3-5 day UPS shipping. I am currently going on 13 days and nobody will answer their phone or return messages that are left to call me back.

I ordered a left and right freezer door spring assembly. I only recieved the right hand assembly. I revieved no response from them concerning this when I emailed and phoned.

Terrible and unresponsive customer service. Ordered a Norcold fridge part on 06/29/24. Have been waiting two months to receive shipment information. I have sent two emails and a phone call requesting shipping status and have not received a reply.

I still haven't received the fridge shelf clips. It's been many weeks.

I have an order pending with this company that has been confirmed and paid for. It has been a month since I ordered the product, and I have not received anything other than an order confirmation email. The order confirmation shows it should have shipped in 3-5 days. Nobody answers their listed phone number, and nobody replies to order inquiries either on their email address or their "contact us" portal page. Feels like I have been scammed.

We never received the part.

Ordered parts I ended up not needing. Requested a refund 3 times, including email, chat, message to reply back later. No communication what so ever. Highly do not recommend. Steals your money and then just a ghost.

Scam.. never got my part no return calls and out of $50!
