I contacted them via email after working hours with a request to confirm the correct part number and how to order it. They replied at 8:01am the next morning. Which means someone was at work early! The reply exactly what I needed and included a link to order the part. The part was on my doorstep exactly 2 days later!

Update 3 days later: Customer Service contacted me with news that part was discontinued from manufacturer and a full refund was given. Customer Service was friendly and offered a discount on future orders. Would now consider ordering from here again.

Ordered a norcold replacement part over three weeks ago. They charged my credit card but no shipping or delivery estimate. All attempts to contact them go unanswered. Will dispute thru credit card soon. Do not order from here.

Product received 4 weeks after the order was placed online was as described. Customer service was very poor. Company did not answer the phone, customer service form, or two emails sent requesting a status of my order over a three week period. Only after contacting Pay Pal to inform them that the company was non-responsive did I receive an email from the company (week 4) apologizing for their poor service. The panels arrived a few days later.

I have not received the part I ordered. I have also not received any update on the part as far as when it is going to be shipping or any tracking number. I have tried calling and all I get is voicemail. The person who this was outsourced to does not respond and by chance when she does it takes weeks. Poor customer service

Very professional with initial contact all the way through shipping and delivery. This should be your go to for RV parts. Even though this was a special order from Norcold, the “RV Fridge Guys” got the jog done!

Its been about 10 days and so far the order has not been filled or delivered and no word from the company as to what the delay is. I give a 2 star for easy ordering, but will change to 1 star if not received soon. May be out of stock, but let me know if so.

It took a while for my order to be filled due to a slow manufacturer. I received the request to revue RV Fridge Parts Direct not having seen the shipping notice, it went to my spam folder. Not knowing it was shipped, I wrote a negative review since I had ordered the items 5 months ago. RV Fridge wrote me an email kindly explaining all of the above.
So, I’ve changed the review to 5 stars. They did the best they could under the circumstances with the manufacturer and cared enough to take the time to send me an explanation.

Excellent customer service! I ordered a part that was on back order and the owner, Morgan, wrote to me and explained how the entire process would unfold. It took about three weeks (which is what I was told) and the part arrived today and is perfect! Highly recommend and I will be checking here first for any further RV part needs.

I appreciated the timely shipping of product and notice of one item being back ordered July, 22, 2023. Since then, I have called and left a message twice and emailed once, all without an update for my last item. Now it is August 29, 2023 and no word.

Never got the part, been waiting for close to three weeks now.

I purchased a 5 year old RV last Summer with a Norcold refrigerator. A number of the parts were rusted. I found every part I needed on this site. A number of them were tricky to get the right ones, and others had to be special ordered. Morgan has been great to work with, made sure I got everything I needed, and kept me informed as to shipping dates. Now my refrigerator looks like new!

We ordered a drip tray for our refrigerator. The tray came in a timely manner. It didnot have any attachments with it to hook up the hose. Basically just a tray with a hole in it. Very dissatisfied. Upon seeing my review the representative contacted me and saved me the trouble of contacting them. They worked on fixing the situation to assure i was a satisfied customer.

Information on line was very understanding and useful. Ordering was very easy and delivery was alot quicker than I expected. The parts are exactly what I needed,

Sent the wrong part and can't send the correct part!!

The first order did not get delivered to me. Morgan w/RVParts Express said she would order another and have it shipped to me. Actually, I thought I was ordering directly from Norcold!

I received the correct part that I ordered, in a timely manner. After that, I needed additional help to solve my RV refrigeration issue. Norcold Parts Express made every effort to assist me. Turns out the part I needed is not available. I had to slightly modify my existing part. But NPE was on the case for me. Thanks!
