Brilliant service!

Brilliant service. I have been using my device since Christmas. It had a problem, I got in touch, sent a short video of the problem. The company have offered a replacement with no charge. Amazing! Thank you for your great service and to Jhon who was exceptionally helpful! Excellent machine and company!

Nordic Sculpt Customer Service is Top Shelf!

Nordic Sculpt made sure that I received timely updates on the shipping of my products. They even reassured me when I had doubts that it was ever going to make it to me. The advertising of the products are spot on. I did my research. Part of the reason that the Nordic Sculpt products work so well are because they attack the lymphatic system. The warmth along with the constant vibrations are what make it so effective. The body oil contains ingredients that stimulate the skin and help burn fat and tighten loose areas. I was already hooked, even before I received the product.
So far, I can tell that it's doing something. I feel differently. I've been focusing on my thighs and my stomach. It takes just 10 minutes per day. I just love my Nordic Sculpt. I'm confident that with fixing my diet to eat more healthily and using the products consistently, I'm going to see results soon.

I contacted customer service from the start of the order based on some reviews stating long wait for delivery.
The customer service was exceptional regular updates regarding delivery and I actually received it within the week.
Erika was very helpful.

Very quick refund processed after 2 orders were placed

I had somehow managed to place 2 orders, one via Klarna and one paid in full. I messaged customer service and Jhon promptly replied, cancelled the order I didn't want, and issued a refund. Very very quickly, I was very impressed!! Thank you ever so much Jhon

Super customer service

So I made a boo boo ordering a bundle, I meant to do pay in 3 & the whole amount went instead leaving me v short. I contacted the customer service asap & got a very fast response from Jhon who was super understand & helpful. Sorted out in an hour tops.

I paid for NordicSculpt order #83788 on…

I paid for NordicSculpt order #83788 on Feb 8, 2026. 5 months passed - still didn't get any delivery. The parcel was never physically delivered to me. NordicSculpt confirmed in writing on Mar 12 that no delivery was made despite the tracking record. The parcel was later marked returned/delivered back to sender on Mar 23 according to tracking they provided. I requested to return me my money, they didn't agree. On May 14 I formally terminated the purchase contract as per EU law and requested a full refund. Instead of refunding me, NordicSculpt kept offering reshipment. On May 28 they promised delivery by June 5 and sent tracking number, which turned out to be the old tracking. On June 5 they provided a different tracking number of the parcel that was still not registered as moving, and still refused refund. When I asked about their promise to make the delivery on 5th of June they answered about the old case that the product was returned to them. Awful service. Just stole my money.

Great product and excellent customer service

I purchased the NordicSculpt a few months ago and have been emailing the customer service team multiple times with queries and I have to be honest they have been very responsive and very courteous at all times

In terms of product effectiveness I can confirm that this product works with regular and persistent use, this is a product I will maintain using for a long period of time

Yesterday the foam on the product split and I reached out to the team to get some advice and was pleasantly surprised by the immediate replacement confirmation of a new one being issued out to me

I cannot fault this company, the product and their exceptional customer services, in all my dealings so far I have been very happy, on customer services John and Kristina have been absolutely amazing

I highly recommend this product to anyone and the responsive courteous and supportive customer service is second to none

The product works. No doubt about it.
I am seeing small improvements every week after just 8 weeks.

Worst Purchase Experience

I ordered this in November, and it was only delivered in January. I notified them that I will be out of country in December, but they said they cannot stop delivery at that point and can only make refund once item is delivered. I got back in January and I did not receive the product.

I am so displeased with the service they have. They have delivery commitment but really failed. They accept orders but are unable to fulfill. They sell products that they are not ready to ship. This is really a very questionable company

Recently, I experienced an issue with one of my devices that unexpectedly stopped working. I reached out to the team via email seeking guidance and assistance. From the very first response, I was extremely impressed by the professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care demonstrated throughout the entire process.
Not only did the team provide prompt and helpful responses, but they also remained in regular contact to ensure I understood my available options and kept me informed regarding the replacement process and expected delivery of my new product. Their proactive communication and attention to detail made what could have been a frustrating experience remarkably smooth and stress-free.
