Best customer service

I had an issue with my machine contacted customer service, they were absolutely amazing, asked me to send video of my problem and dealt with it quickly and with no question replaced my order, can honestly say best customer service I've had for a long time, thanks to JHON for all your help

I have just received my NordicSculpt…

I have just received my NordicSculpt device. Obviously, I cannot say it works wonders (yet), but I can say that the device looks very sturdy and is very easy to use. It gives a very pleasant sensation as I also tried it on some sore muscles, and it really helped to ease the tension. A shoutout goes to Erika from customer care, who was extremely responsive and handled my queries in a very professional and capable manner. Looking forward to seeing the results from this device.

I only have praise for Nordic sculpt - from start to finish their service has been top notch . Not just another company selling. Product without follow up or any professionalism whatsoever . I’m on my first week of use

I’m on my first week of use, and so far loving the product. Easy to use, and the customer service is phenomenal. Make it more easier by sending you guides, tips for better results. I got the NORDIC sculpt and cup, even though cup was late to arrive, I had Jhon keeping me updated on its shipment, approximate time and prompt replies (which is kind of rare nowadays). Thank you! Will come back to update on the results for sure.

Paid, Never Received, Still No Refund

I paid for a product on April 17, 2026, and never received it. After nearly two months of delays, excuses, and repeated communications, they claimed to reship the order. The replacement never arrived either.

Now they are refusing to issue a refund unless I return items that I never received. How can anyone return something that was never delivered?

At this point, I am left without the product and without my money. Based on my experience, this feels more like a scam than legitimate customer service.

I had a very positive experience with this company. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, with fast replies and timely updates regarding shipping and order status.

A special thank you to John, who was exceptionally professional, and helpful. Although there was an issue with my oil order and it ultimately had to be cancelled, the situation was handled efficiently and the refund was processed promptly without any complications.

What impressed me most was the quality of customer care. In my experience, this is one of the best online customer service experiences I have ever received. The team specially Jhon was transparent, responsive, and genuinely committed to resolving the issue, which gave me confidence that the company can be trusted.

I am now looking forward to seeing the results from my NordicSculpt device and hope the product performs as well as the customer service team.
