Repeated Delays, No Transparency, Eventually Requested Refund

I really wanted to like this company and was genuinely excited to receive my order, which is why I continued waiting for over 6 weeks rather than cancelling immediately. Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing.

After placing and paying for my order, I repeatedly had to chase customer service myself for updates. Throughout the process, I was given multiple dispatch timelines and reassurances by different team members, all of which passed without the order actually being shipped.

The most frustrating part was the lack of clear and proactive communication. I completely understand that stock delays and manufacturing issues can happen, especially for popular products, but customers should be informed honestly and consistently rather than being given shifting timelines over several weeks.

What also raised concern for me was that the products continued to appear available for purchase on the website throughout this period, despite customer service repeatedly explaining there were stock shortages and allocation delays.

To be fair, the customer service representatives themselves were polite, responsive, and apologetic throughout the process, which is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. However, the fulfilment process, communication, and transparency overall were not acceptable for an order that remained unresolved for over 6 weeks and ultimately resulted in me requesting a full refund.

I hope the company improves its stock transparency and customer communication moving forward, as the experience unfortunately damaged my confidence in ordering from them again.

Worth the wait, helpful customer service

I did wait quite a while for my Nordicsculpt, but was advised that this was due to the obtaining of certain raw materials for the complimentary product. They were willing to ship in portions, but I waited. Erica has been particularly helpful in following up with me, and answering questions. I can't give a 100% review on effectiveness as I've only just started using it for about a week. However, I do see a circulation boost . My skin is more ageing, I am lean and do a lot of physical exercise. So, I am optimistic that with consistence, it should definitely improve my skin texture and firmess. It's very comfortable and easy to use...

Bad marketing/Misleading

I was excited to receive my order, especially because the receipt clearly listed “Valentine Gift + Free Ebook Included.” I genuinely thought this meant I would receive an actual bonus ebook with the product.

After contacting customer service, I found out the “ebook” was only a website link containing the standard instructions/manual already expected with the product. That was disappointing and honestly felt misleading.

Every product like this already comes with instructions or a guide, so advertising it separately as a “gift ebook” made the order seem more valuable than it actually was. I waited a long time for this package and even confirmed the ebook with an agent, so my expectations were completely different.

Nordic Sculpt should make this much clearer to customers to avoid confusion and disappointment.

Have had ok communication with customer…

Have had ok communication with customer service, but when I had an email saying the product had been sent with a track number...I cudnt track it, then a couple days later had another email saying my product was still being processed. It has now been 4 weeks and I still have not received my product that I have payed for.😪😪

It works

It works! So I brought this and I will say the delivery times are not explained very well from the start, you really should mention that it needs to get past customs so it took about 4 weeks to get to me. I’ve now been using it for 2 weeks and I’m willing to now say “it’s worth the wait” seriously I’m already noticing a difference!! I’ve done it 5 times a week for 10 mins on each spot and the only annoying thing is waiting 15 mins between areas for it to cool down, I get it though, such a small device so it’s probably hard to find a way to install a cooling system? Never the less I LOVE IT! And the results are already showing and a massive difference! Can’t wait to see what next week brings? Thanks for helping me get back my confidence after losing 7 stone 👍🏻
