Its hard to get a response from the company. My first Lazy Susan was missing some small parts. They said a replacement would be sent but never specified when. It arrived when I was out one day. When I opened it, a bag with oil in had leaked inside. I have contacted the company but they are not responding and I now have 2 unsuitable items in my house.

I am really pleased with my new teak bench. It looks lovely in the garden. I have given it a couple of coats of teak oil which has brought the colour out really well.

Lack of communication over delivery was a shame & by the time it arrived the weather turned. Shame customer service is not the best and struggled to get a response by phone or email.

Product arrived on time and nice and sturdy. Looks good.

Very well made and solid teak companion bench. Would recommend company.

Everything happened as they said it would

Good quality garden furniture, especially for the price. A minor piece of damage caused by the courier was quickly resolved by Norfolk Designer Gardens. Would recommend to a friend.

Great service again from Norfolk designer gardens. Loungers arrived on time and in perfect condition

Despite having read the reviews about missing items and poor communication I took a risk on ordering from this firm. Sadly the outcome has not been good. I was pleased with my initial contact with the company - they telephoned to check my order as I had ordered different coloured accessories and were then able to provide me with a matching set. However, my order was delivered over three weeks ago and I immediately contacted the company to let them know that one item was missing. I received a prompt reply letting me know they'd look into it and then nothing further, despite me emailing them on another couple of occasions. Fortunately for me the missing item is not a key part of the set I ordered and I am therefor able to seek a refund from my credit card if they don't get in touch following my last email. If they didn't have this item in stock they would have been far better to let me know. I would have been disappointed rather than angry and I certainly wouldn't be writing this review.

The table and chairs we ordered were dispatched swiftly. Communication was very good. We're really happy with the quality of the products.

The table I ordered is really great. Only problem was the cover for the umbrella which was broken.
I contacted the company and they agreed to send out a replacement. A week later nothing. Rang again and they said it was in the system. Long and short, it took almost 3 weeks to arrive and then I got 2. Please sort out your comms as it is an unnecessary irritant on a lovely product.

Wonderful table and chairs, great delivery service!

good quality table, prompt delivery

Everything went wrong to having waited 5 weeks for a delivery to it not turning up on delivery day. I cancelled in the end as got fed up waiting.

The table and chairs arrived on time,two of the chairs were damaged in transit with no hesitation the chairs were replaced within two days,the delivery guys were polite and apologised and there manager was such a friendly guy

Delivery service good, the product is of great quality and is well made .The table is heavy but easily assembled furbiture is robust and sturdy,
