I ordered three rings and the they were delivered pretty fast. Everything looked like on the homepage, quality was absolutely fine. One ring came in the wrong size but was promptly and without any fuss replaced by Thora, who always conversed in a very friendly manner and reacted to mails quickly.
So, overall, 5 stars well deserved!

Well I have to say im very happy with my order from Norse craft . Everything is as listed on the website. An of good quality. I will definitely 100% recommend Norse craft to anyone into vikings or just the look of the jewellery. And Thora is brilliant keeps intouch all the way along from first order right upto day of delivery. I couldn't ask for anything more so come and support this small family run business.

My partner Clair and I purchased three rings from Norse craft. We initially sized them incorrectly. We made contact with Thora the business owner and we were directed to send the rings back to be resized. The communication was always beautiful and very clear instructions on what would happen and when to expect the rings return. We received the resized rings and they are stunning. And fit perfectly now. We are both delighted with the purchases we made. And the impeccable nature with which we were dealt with. I honestly can not recommend this business highly enough. We will be purchasing more items in the very near future.

Very happy with the customer service. Two of the rings were too big, so Thora sent me two new rings, and we agreed that I only pay a small amount for the manufacture and transport - the too large rings I kept and can give to someone else.

Had a few issues with my parcel getting caught up with Evri and emailed customer service, they got back to me straight away and were really kind and helpful. My parcel made it to me and the ring I ordered is absolutely gorgeous, really pretty and well made. I will definitely be ordering from this company again and would recommend to others!

While I was scrolling I saw this most beautiful ring ,I decided to order it and when I received it I was so impressed with it ❤️ the service from norsecraft was incredible received my ring super quick and was given updates when it would be due best internet service ever thank you so much guys 💕

Ordered two items on 25/05/26. Got an email receipt and since then, silence.

I've emailed the company to ask for a refund and been met with silence so Monday I'm headed to a retail ombudsman to get my money back since this company are quick to take my money and send me nothing.

Buyers beware: I honestly believe this to be a scam site so avoid, avoid, and avoid!!

Update: I finally got an email to say I'm getting my money back. There was some waffle about a "bereavement" and how their pieces are "individually crafted" (I found the exact same ring on Amazon for a lesser price: I just wish Trust Pilot let me share images - it's the huge square ring with the raven on it: it is the honest-to-goodness exact same piece).

Great help from the support to help me with the sizes of the rings.
I like the weight they have, feels great in my fingers.
My order was shipped under a week after I placed it.

I ordered from Sweden, no problems what so ever. Keep in mind, if you order from outside the UK you might have to pay a toll fee. This might also delay your delivery- no blame on the company in hand. This is standard procedure when shipping from outside EU to inside.
I ordered 3 rings, absolutely stunning and I will be happy to wear them every day.
The shop owner has been lovely to be in contact with. Always answered mails and questions.

Norsecraft is the most incredible small business, the service is outstanding! I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in viking style items!
I purchased two hair sticks. They are handmade and Stirling silver plated. Thora was even kind enough to include a free gift with my order. A beautiful broach. All items are incredibly detailed and intricate!
The quality and detail of the items are absolutely stunning, they are so beautiful! The photos on the website do not do the items justice!
The customer service is absolutely outstanding, Thora is incredibly friendly and so lovely and she is more than happy to go the extra mile to help you with whatever you need. She always responds well within the 24 hour time limit.

When I ordered the Berserker Axe for my son for Christmas, I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was willing to take a chance. Wow! I am SO glad I did! My 3 rings are Not like the photo, they are cheap copies with detail missing. I could've got the same from a different online retailer for £3. Not happy.
