Appalling customer care
Appalling customer care. I purchased fabric that they admitted was faulty. The faults did not become apparent until the garment was almost complete and tried on for fitting. At this point the flaws were obvious. They refuse to refund as Iâve already cut the fabric up. I thought goods sold had to be âfit for purposeâ or a refund, replacement or repair was a statutory obligation. Clearly Northern Monkey ignore the law.
