Everything went very smoothly. I was surprised that I received my generator so fast. The generator was in good condition. This is a backup generator and I have not had time to get it int operation and replace my older generator.

The generator order when fairly smooth
The generator order when fairly smooth. I made an inquiry after the prediction of the four-week period before delivery had lapsed to obtain an update. They responded and explained the delay. The delivery went well having a semi truck back in to my court. Driver was friendly and courteous. Generator arrived un-damaged. Performed start up with natural gas and the generator ran with no apparent abnormalities.

I probably shouldnât even write this yet because we havenât actually received our product but I did figure I would take this opportunity to comment on the poor customer service when I called with a shipping question. The representative was rude and immediately began speaking over me incorrectly answering my question because she hadnât actually listened to my question. Hopefully the rest of the transaction which includes shipping, delivery, and actual product condition will be satisfactory.

Average is the best I can offer. Shipping for my item can take up to 8 weeks. This is difficult because I have to arrange to be present since itâs a curbside drop off. I keep going to back to the website to see if itâs been shipped because I donât know if they will inform me when itâs starts to move. I apparently have to contact one of the dozens of shipping companyâs they use to get shipping information. I donât really feel like thatâs quality customer service. Itâs been a month so far, weâlol see how it goes.

This is the third attempt to order this system. First the order was not entered by sales - the sales contact did not work for the company - then attempts to order on the phone failed. Attempts to get a status on the phone were met by the most hostile, rude and abusive customer service person with whom I have ever talked.
