Ich warte seit Mitte Juni auf zwei Sendungen aus der Ukraine. Ich habe Novaposta Deutschland mehrmals angerufen. Man kommt in eine Warteschlaufe und nach einer Weile wird einfach abgehÀngt. Man wird stÀndig vertröstet, bekommt nur wage Aussagen und im Endeffekt kennt sich dort keiner mit irgendwas aus.
Die Mitarbeiter vom Kundenservice sind ewig lang einfach nur ruhig am Telefon, bis man halbwegs eskaliert.
Eine Lösung vom Kundenservice ist absolut nicht gegeben. Im Gegenteil, dort wird nur nach Fehlern von dem Kunden gesucht.
Man muss leider einen Stern abgeben, null Sterne gehen ja nicht.
Meine Meinung? Finger bloà weg von dem Dienst.

They manipulate the weight!
I want to be very clear about this part. When using this companyâs international shipping service, there is a critical drawback. They register a higher weight at their overseas branches than the actual weight. For example, if the actual weight is 950g, they register it as 1.08kg, or 1.9kg as 2.05kg. The reason for this is that shipping costs increase by more than $5 for every 0.5kg. (I explained this to the sellers and asked them to ensure accurate weight measurements before shipping.) I filed several complaints, but nothing has improved, so I stopped using this service for purchases and deliveries from abroad. Always double-check their weight measurements!

Es wÀre nicht möglich, weil nach Hallo und Schilderung kam keine Reaktion , nur das Schweigen und nach 10-20 Minuten wurde aufgelegt. Es hat sich mehr fach wiederholt.

I recently used Nova Poshta for a delivery. The service was generally okay, but there were a few issues. The package arrived later than expected, and the tracking updates were not very reliable. On the positive side, the staff at the local branch were polite and helpful, and my package was in good condition. Overall, Nova Poshta is decent for local deliveries, but there's room for improvement, especially in terms of punctuality and communication.
Extremely Disappointing Experience with Nova Poshta for International Shipping. I was simply deceived and my very expensive computer was broken and they have not paid compensation for six months.
In late January 2023, I shipped a package containing a computer (a large system unit with a Gigabyte motherboard) and a separate Gigabyte graphics card from Kyiv to PoznaÅ, Poland, using Nova Poshta. I declared the package's value as â¬1250, paid for insurance, and provided a detailed description of the contents.
Upon arrival in Poland, customs repeatedly asked for detailed descriptions of the contents, even though this was already provided when the package was sent. This back-and-forth communication lasted from January 3 to 16. After resolving the customs issues, Nova Poshta informed me that the package was handed over to DPD Polska for delivery and would arrive the next day. However, the courier did not show up as scheduled, and after multiple follow-ups, Nova Poshta initially claimed the package was lost. They later found it and offered me a compensation of â¬1250, which I refused, asking them to continue searching. The package was eventually delivered but the courier refused to bring it to my door, even though I had paid for this service. I had to pay an additional 50 PLN to get help bringing the 48 kg package inside.
The next day, I found that the computer was damaged. I immediately reported this to Nova Poshta and was asked to fill out a questionnaire to process my claim, which I did, asking for compensation of â¬1250 plus the delivery cost of 210 PLN and customs fees of 1230 PLN. They promised to resolve the issue within a month. More than a month later, after several calls and having to raise my voice to get any action, they offered me only â¬420 in compensation on June 6, 2024, and blamed me for reporting the issue too late.
I am shocked and disappointed. First, they needed two weeks just to accept the detailed list of contents, then they lost my package, then they delivered it damaged, and now they are refusing to pay the full compensation and blaming me? They haven't offered to compensate for the emotional distress and to top it all off, the computer we assembled doesn't work!
Their customer service is ineffective and they provide no other contacts. This is a disgrace! I strongly advise against using this company. They are unreliable and unprofessional.

I am updating my precision comment as I was not expecting to have the box delivered in the destination country so quickly. The box was picked up on time without any problems. I was a bit anxious as the whole process did not start so well. I hope that it will be delivered without any issues. I am pleased at the moment :)

Horrible company and too incompetent to figure out their own received payments.
Got a package from the Ukraine and Nova Post handled tax and import to Germany.
After sending me an invoice that I paid they just don't care and start sending me mails that I haven't paid and they will charge additional fees soon.
Every single attempt to resolve it has been unsuccessful. Nobody answers emails and while they take up the phone their agents end up being utterly useless and just ensure you the matter is taken care of which is not the case.
Dare charging me any late payment fees and I'll sue you for harassment. I have all proof of payment. If you're to dumb to understand which money arrives in your bank accounts that is not my fault.
