Paket verloren gegangen!
Seit einem Monat liegt mein Paket angeblich beim Zoll. Kundenservice sagt am Telefon, dass ich nicht so negativ eingestellt werden soll (anstatt mein Paket zu suchen). Schade um das Geld und Nerven.

i called Nova Poshta because of my package who is in customs for 1 Week. There was an super unfriendly and uninterested woman at the Phone who has a poor phone connection. She did tell me that she can´t help me and only told me that the package is in custom ( info i already knew ) and it was not 100% sure that the package arrive next week. I told her that the customs clearance within Europe is normally completed in 1-2 days and not 1 week and is there a Problem with my Package? Again she can´t help me. When i asked her about the customs Phone Number or a adress, that i can call directly by myself,
she didn´t wanna give it to me and just hung up. I´m so angry, this package was a present for a
friends birthday and should arrive at 7.March like i ordered, but yeah this service is super unprofessional. And i still don´t know when my package will arrive.

Completely satisfied with the service and speed of delivery.
I've been using Nova Poshta delivery for more than 12 years and haven't had any accidents as a private sender or a business client.

Thanks for transforming delivery in Ukraine and now in some European countries.

I've transferred my electronics between two cities with by it, everything was ok, no one scheme was damaged.

However, I guess prices is too high, but you know what are you paying for

Basically good service, but sometimes can be delivery issues, but it isn't a big deal.

Why does it take more than 2 weeks for an item that was 1 hour away at JFK to arrive to me? And why had the item been moving further and further away for the past 2 weeks??

Today I had the worst delivery experiences among all post services. Nova Poshta failed to deliver my parcel and advised for me to pay for redelivering to the post office that is convenient for me. Will use its services as rarely as possible.

Нова Пошта - це найкраща пошта у світі. Ти сьогодні замовляєш, а завтра ти можеш вже забрати своє замовлення в поштоматі в під'їзді твого будинку або у відділенні нової пошти, яке теж буде досить близько. Це завжди легко, зручно і не дорого. Користуюсь регулярно тільки цією поштою.

I can say it's the best delivery company in the world. I used DHL, PTT (Turkey), GSL (Germany). And customer, digital, useful level of NovaPoshta is super high!!!

I often send parcels with a novaposhta, as I have a small online store. The service is good, but you need to pack the goods very well, as it seems sometimes the parcel boxes are handled carelessly. I would not recommend sending fragile goods, but you can first consult with a postal employee and he will help you pack your things as securely as possible.

Мне очень нравится пользоваться услугами данной компании. Быстро и надёжно.

Очень редко работа с ними проходит гладко
То они посылку из Киева в Киев больше недели везут, хотя обещали один день
Плюс не нравится то, что забрать деньги за наложку можно забрать только с паспортом, права, дия, куча других документов не подходят, а паспорт с собой постоянно возит запарно
В общем за неимением достойного конкурента пользуюсь их услугами но замечаний гора

Воспользовалась услугой nova poshta shopping и осталась очень довольна. Заказывала из Америки с Tommy Hilfiger в Украину, все прошло замечательно, через две недели забрала из своего отделения. Теперь буду смело заказывать с иностранных сайтов!
