Stay away from this site. They use deceptive "dark patterns" to trap customers. My mother made a single purchase of €14.98, yet they processed three separate unauthorized charges totaling €99.70 (€15.21 + €69.51 + €14.98).

Their "scam model" works as follows:

They automatically converted her one-time purchase into a "VIP subscription" without consent.

After being confronted, they refunded the €69.51 charge to appear cooperative.

However, they are still withholding €15.21 and have kept the original €14.98 as a "VIP" credit she never asked for.

They even had the audacity to ask for a positive review in exchange for the partial refund.

As a lawyer, I am well aware that your base in Cyprus is a choice intended to complicate legal recourse. It won't work. I am documenting this fraudulent "subscription trap" and reporting it to the relevant European authorities. Refund the full amount immediately
