I bought a bike saddle 12 days ago. Didn't get it, and the customer service is so bad...these people are scammers, and hell is where they belong.

DO NOT ORDER — Bait and Switch Scam

I ordered the Wireless Noise-Cancelling Headphones (SonicWave) after seeing premium-looking product images on their website. What arrived was a completely different product — cheap honeycomb plastic headband, low quality foam ear pads, and a build that looks nothing like what was advertised.
When I complained, they offered me 15% back. I declined. They then offered 25% and had the audacity to suggest I was “helping the environment” by not returning it. The return address? A warehouse in Asia — despite branding themselves as “No Worries Sydney.”
This is a deliberate bait and switch operation hiding behind fake Australian branding. I have since raised a chargeback with my bank and will be getting my money back in full.
Save yourself the hassle and avoid this store entirely.

Should have read reviews. Do not buy from this store. Returns are NOT EASY. Return to China and more expensive than the product. It says Sydney in the name. It is not Sydney. I ended up getting refunded through my bank because the item was sold as glass not plastic and under Australian consumer law That’s FRAUD.

Edit: we have 15 emails describing the issue and them saying I had To return the misadvertised item to China. There’s nothing further this company can say. My bank agreed with me and I was refunded.

When placing the order it didnt state the item was coming from China, I wouldnt havve placed the order had I known as returns are always a headache.
The boots arrived around 2 weeks later, didnt even try them on as when I took out of packaging the quality was awful, they looked so cheap.
I have contacted them 4 times for a returns note and am constantly ignored.
Please do not reply to this and say get in touch with our Customer services as you do not get a reply, just email me my returns note like I have asked.
Will not use this company again.

Low Quality items supplied from China.

Cost $40 to return an item via post (even the address looks like a scam). Hoping I’ll receive a refund.

Definitely not “No Worries”

Terrible experience. Took forever to arrive and tracking number didn’t work. Part of the light fitting ordered was missing. Every response I receive appears to be AI generated and makes no sense at all, so don’t waste your time with support, it’s hopeless. Now I have to buy another light from some other company to get the part that I have already paid for and not received. Would never use this company again.

Pretty disappointing and would not recommend using this store. Believed I was ordering from an Australian company and by the time I got a tracking number the item is drop shipped from China. I have contacted customer support multiple times as the item is stuck on 'shipping label created' and hasn't progressed in well over a month. Still no reply. Have asked for a refund. No reply. So much for 4-6 days for delivery. Avoid these people like the plague. K

Purchased some lights from the homeware department
The product is not as advertised

The product needs assembly - this was not indicated in the website and is very complex

The product has a fault with the colour being discoloured , also

There is no english instructions

Customer Service keeps trying to get me to take a discount rather than return the product due to the fault.

Definitely do not use this company.

Further to the comment below there has been no further action from the company other than offering me a 30% refund. Very disappointed

The shipment was slow although we were updated regularly.
The main issue is that the product was not fit for purpose and not what it purported to be. It was supposed to be a good quality rain coat when in fact it was identical to the $4 emergency raincoat I bought from our local discount store. Not only that but the plastic is so soft that when undoing the domes to take the coat off it either stretched or tore making this a one off disposal rain coat.
The price was around $80-$90.
No Worries Official has an excellent web site but basically a honey trap that you should stay well away from.
Our bank saw the transaction and flagged it so it’s well known that this a scam.
I initially wanted to write a review on their website but that didn't appear possible. Lesson learnt if they don't allow reviews there is a problem.

Terrible order said it would take 3-6 business days it has been 3 weeks!

So far not so good!
I ordered two men's boots, one size 11 in Khaki, and one size 9.5 in Dark Brown.
The Khaki ones arrived as a size 44 (size 9) and the Dark Brown ones arrived bright red and size 42 (size 8).
Intending to send both back but seems challenging to get on to customer support. Hopefully they answer emails soon so I can receive instructions.
I have gone ahead and ordered from another site I trust to save from any further issues.

SCAM!! Wow! Just wow! This site is worse quality than SHEIN or Temu!! My “high quality linen pants” are cotton polyester, the jumpers are thin, flimsy and disgusting!! Do not buy from here!! I have put in a complaint as I spent $700 on what I thought would be quality products and got rubbish!! I have lodged a complaint, so let’s see how this goes. I am sure it won’t go anywhere as when a deceptive Chinese company tries to pass itself off as an Australian boutique it is not going to refund without continuing to try to rip people off.

Ordered 10 items, received only 1 of them and after months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I live in UAE, and I totally understand that logistics mhst be complicated, but if you're incapable of delivering what I ordered, then why are you even selling globally

Terrible company. Took my money refused to refund whe they sent to wrong address, it has been 4 weeks now and they refuse to refund me . Scam!

Not to mention horrible customer service with copy paste responses. Absolutely disgusting to scam people out of hard earned money .

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience

I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I’ve received from No Worries Official.

After multiple emails back and forth, I’ve continued to receive the exact same generic response with no real effort to resolve my issue. Despite this situation clearly not being my fault, I’ve been told to chase up the delivery myself, even though their records claim the parcel was delivered.

To make matters worse, the only “resolution” offered was a 10% deduction on a refund—which is completely unreasonable considering I paid a significant amount for the item and never properly received it. No replacement has been offered, and there has been no accountability taken on their end.

The lack of genuine customer support, repeated copy-and-paste responses, and unwillingness to provide a fair solution has been extremely frustrating.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

The external computer disk didn't work. Was told that I would have to prove that it didn't work and send it back to its factory in China (even though the website is "Noworries-official Sydney") at my expense. They admitted it wouldn't be worth the cost of sending. I complained and they offered a 30% refund. I didn't accept and they reverted to me having to send it back. I Don't use this site!

This has been reported to Australia government.

It’s a scam. They will send you a tracking number that does not exist. I never received my order.

All their fake good reviews are written within a week.

Their instagram has 0 likes and 0 comments. I wish I would have checked this before.

It’s a scam company they will send you the Tracking number which is also fake , you will loose your money don’t purchase from them

Didn’t expect much but the product feels well made. Been wearing it daily and no issues so far. Pretty easy buy
