I sought assurance I could return the product before I purchased. Based on the company's response that returns were permitted, I ordered 2 pairs of pyjamas. The items received were of poor quality and not as described. I attempted to return the product in the original packaging only to be told they could NOT be returned. Communication ensued to no avail. BEWARE of this company!

Really poor quality products that come from China not Australia but the website is very well designed so makes you think that it’s a high end brand. Avoid as if you try to return you’ll get a third of what you paid due to the return costs to China being so high 🤣 I had to accept a small refund or lose all my money returning the item. Also the item was defective but they ignored me everytime I told them this and at 5 months pregnant I do not have the energy to argue. Avoid!

Very poor quality. Paying 50 USD for a shirt I was expecting a more decent fabric.

Not at all like the picture. Fake leather- plus noothing. Pais over 100 $ and i got plastic. I wouldn't recommend. Sizes too big. I feel The really think people are dummed.

This store is a scam. Claims to be in sydney but are in China. Products are cheap knock offs.
Bought cashmere socks (advertised as thick and cashmere) and got some polyester thin crap.
Try to get a refund and keep on trying to give me 30 percent fund return. When I said no they asked to send the product back to China and I have to cover the cost of shipping.
Worst customer experience ever.
Please never order from this place.

Product arrived but in no way resembles the product I ordered. Instesd of a thick trimmed tall mens bathrobe I received a lightweight thin bathrobe I could have bought at kmart for $20. I will try for a refund but not holding my breath.

Beware!! This is not a business based out of Sydney or anywhere in Australia,but a scam website operating from overseas(HK as per website).Prices may look way cheaper,but they have no intention to ship anything to you.Bought something on 15 May and all I get is standard replies.Lesson learnt the hard way!!

I would avoid this company entirely.

I placed an order expecting to purchase from what appeared to be an Australian business, only to later discover the item was being shipped internationally from China. This was not made clear during the purchasing process and significantly affected delivery expectations.

Communication has been extremely poor from start to finish. I was initially not provided with a usable tracking number, then later given different tracking information, neither of which provided any confidence about the whereabouts of my parcel. Every enquiry resulted in vague or inconsistent responses rather than clear answers.

Most concerning is that I am still yet to receive the item. Despite repeated requests for accurate tracking information and confirmation of the parcel's location, I have been left chasing updates and trying to determine whether the item had actually been shipped at all.

The entire experience has been stressful, frustrating and time-consuming. Customers should not have to repeatedly contact a retailer simply to find out where an order is or whether it has even left the warehouse.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase from No Worries Sydney again and would strongly recommend that prospective customers research reviews carefully before placing an order. ★☆☆☆☆

The absolute worst kids shoes I’ve ever had before. The quality is terrible and they should charge max. $20 for these. This company wants to charge Nike prices and give you crap. Shoes have completely fallen apart after not even 2 months use and they took forever to arrive.

Absolutely do not waste your money on their product. They made it look like they were based in Aus and they definitely weren’t.

I have been talking to an AI bot for a month, no products have arrived. The tracker doesn’t work. The company is not in Sydney it’s in China. DO NOT ORDER.

Purchased a $289 cutlery set but was delivered in a flimsy polycell bag, there was no boxing or case for the cutlery. The 8 piece set were all in separate plastic and lose within the bag. Was clear that the marketing was flash yet the warehouse sending these was most likely offshore and had minimal concern on effectively protecting a customers investment. I'll not use this company again, its all bling and do not appreciate or respect their customers.

There are no contact details there seems to be only an automatic reply I wis to contact them in order for me to obtain a full refund. The company did not have the product and were unable to provide it but they only offerred a store credit.

Website is a scam! Ordered product never received it, stock sent back to sender saying issue with delivery. It never left China. I thought I was buying from Sydney but product is from China. Contacted customer service and they said its delayed but you will receive it, but it never left China. Now they are saying we didn't accept delivery and basically thats it so we do not get a refund. I wish I'd checked the reviews before purchase. Now trying to get my money back! Do not buy from them!

Update 19.5.26: I received this response and them stating they need more information to respond but at same time I receive an updated email to my complsint, stating I need to acknowledge that I need to pay $25 for return of goods for them to refund, so basically need to pay $25 for a delivery I never received. You know exactly who I am not need to give further details.

beginning to look like I’ve been scammed off this company I have not had my tracksuit as promised. They keep sending me stupid emails with fake tracking numbers. I’m just about to contact my bank and see what’s going on with them paid $80 for a tracksuit never arrived and every now and again I get this random email with a fake tracking number. It’s disgusting. Do not buy anything from this company.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM. I bought ‘Classic Ladies Hoodie - Noa’ which the pictures clearly show as a thick, patch work style hoodie, with multiple designs sewn on, and colour blocking throughout.
The item I received is a thin, polyester shirt with blurry designs printed on. It wouldn’t even keep a heater warm. It looks nothing like the photo and I paid $89 for it! An absolute rip off.
When I contacted them to return it, I had to reply to three different emails asking me to keep it for a 25% refund. I knew I would have to pay for the shipping but I didn’t care as I just wanted to get rid of it. They replied to me saying I could get a refund once I sent the item to their warehouse in china! It would cost me nearly as much to return it as I bought it for.
Do not buy from them.

Ordered 2 products that took some time to come. When they did arrive I was very disappointed! Poor quality and very poorly made - not worth $5.00 let alone the $149.00. Trying to return these is turning out to be a nightmare , They keep offering me discount and to keep the products. I dont want them them they are terrible. When I asked about the return they said I had to pay for the shipping back to China.... WTF!!!! They need to go back to their suppliers and address the poor quality of products that are being sent out. The return should go back SYDNEY and they should sort this out with CHINA not the consumer. POOR EVERYTHING ON THIS COMPANY - DONT BUY ANTHING FROM THEM!!!!

UPDATE: 20TH MAY - AFTER REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO RETURN THESE GOODS THEY STILL WANT ME TO PAY TO SEND THEM BACK TO CHINA!! I GOT NO RESPONSE FROM THEM AFTER THEY SAID THEY WOULD INVESTIGATE WHEN I ORIGINALLY POSTED THIS REVIEW.

Terrible service. I have been trying to get information regarding an order for the past 3 weeks and they just keep deflecting my questions and refusing to update me. I have asked for a refund and they refused to issue one. My products still haven't arrived so now I must go through my credit card company to get a refund.

Bought a light fixture - highly no compliant with any Australian standard and electrician just laughed at me and said no one would install in.

This is a scam website. They send you used items with hole in it and dont accept to get you refund. Their product smells like chemicals and have no similarity with their pictures.
