Worked as advertised

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
I canceled my order same day as I had an emergency come in and I couldn't afford it. I emailed them the same day. Their response a couple of days later, was it would take 20 BUSINESS DAYS just for the refund and that the refund had been processed.

Now I purchased the sauna and a warranty for it separately. After the 20 days and seeing no refund, I contacted them again through email about the refund. This time i got a reply that they were processing it....... only the refund for the warranty! How ridiculous. I had to email MULTIPLE TIMES in various ways for them to even respond to the request for the refund for the sauna.... which still hasn't even made it to me. And I definitely cant believe anything shipped as there was no tracking number provided or estimate arrival time.

This company is absolutely fraudulent and I am currently working with a lawyer to sue for my money back. I also will be reaching out to the bank and providing the fraud department all information I have available on this company. BTW purchase was early May and it's July and I STILL haven't received a refund for either purchase and no product. Im ok with no product I DONT WANT IT and more importantly I can't afford it. All extra costs to me because of their intentional avoidance of refund requests will be tact on to this lawsuit and I could more than likely find other customers who've gone through this as well and turn it into a CLASS ACTION lawsuit. This is a trend of the company. AVOID ANY AND ALL PURCHASES with this company. They don't care about their customers, they only care about their pockets.
If you decide to purchase from them after reading this.... just be prepared to wait a minimum of 3 months to even get it and by other reviews Ive seen.... it may or may not work. It may or may not be the right product. It may or may not have all pieces to even put it together.
It may or may not have been a unit sent to a customer that was sent back and sent to you instead......
You absolutely have wasted your money if you did and good luck in getting your money back.

The unit arrived, assembled with ease, have been using it for approximately three weeks. Temperature is below the 185 degrees they claim. 15% less on average.
The infrared light, battery box is made with inferior materials... it stopped working. Emailed for a replacement unit (should be under warranty) have yet to receive a response...

Don't get baited, they are a terrible company that lies from the start and will try to suppress customers to keep up their scam. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Disputing the charges as their customer service team is non-existant and my order still hasn't been delivered now two weeks past the promise date.

Most awful customer service I’ve ever experienced. You can only contact them via email and nobody actually answers any of your questions or problems after one use the red lights were broken as well as the cheaply made chair… Request was made almost 2 months ago and I have still not received replacement. I have also yet to receive the accessory order I made and it appears as though their customer service has just stopped responding to my emails. By far, the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Do not trust this company. They sent me the wrong sauna, have made the return process as difficult as possible, and now won’t process my refund. Stay away.

Parts did not fit ! Called for help and they ask for more money to help fix it!

Zero stars is not an option but they deserve no stars. They are a horrible company. Never received product and never got refund. Emailed company 20 times and keep getting the same generic message about my refund. I’ll have to dispute the charge with my bank now to get my money back. I wish I could sue this company but I would end up paying more. Does anyone want to go into a class action lawsuit with me? I pretty sure this company has done this to hundreds of people. I also heard if you actually get the product you order it’s a trash product.

EVERY SINGLE AD i saw showed the unit to be approx 6 feet tall,..mine was about 4-ish foot tall at best. The red light therapy unit included fell apart before being used and was worthless. the sauna itself is not the worst experience tho. it heats well and seems to be (aside from the other issues) as advertised. However,had i known the tent was so much shorter than i anticipated or seen advertised, or the red light unit would be so cheaply made,i wouldn't have bought it at that price. lesson learned

Orderd in hopes to get it for Valentines Day, received late and damaged . It happens but then took until June to receive replacement. Tried multiple times to ask for refund but they kept saying they would look into it and it’s on the way. We have lost the excitement to even use it now. Would highly recommend staying away from them. I think they spend all of there money on marketing and none on customer care.

We didn’t exactly get off on the right foot with my initial order, as the first setup wasn't hitting the benchmarks I was expecting. However, what really matters is how a company handles things when they don't go perfectly, and Nurecover absolutely stepped up.

After some honest back-and-forth emails with their customer care team, I was incredibly impressed by their professionalism and commitment to making things right. They actually listened to my feedback, escalated the situation, and worked out a fantastic, timely solution to ensure I was completely taken care of.

The new setup works beautifully and delivers a fantastic sauna experience.

It is rare to find a company these days that genuinely stands behind their brand and prioritizes customer satisfaction. I am incredibly pleased with the final outcome and highly recommend them based on their outstanding support alone!

Customer service is horrible and nearly nonexistent. Replacement parts are impossible to get let alone get a response about them and after 1 year, every connection on my chiller and bath leak. I've tried to replace them locally, but they aren't standard parts but product specific so I'm sure they are looking to have you replace the whole unit.

I never opened my item and needed to return it. It took a month to get thrm to respond with consistent emails. They finally accepted my return and it took another couple weeks to get a label to send it back. I have now been waiting months to get my refund and the only response I have gotten is they will look into it. Their customer service is horrible and they are doing everything to avoid refunding the balance owed to me.

Horrible product, horrible customer service and false advertising. Heater doesn’t reach 185 like they say online, they include a card that explains why it doesn’t reach 185 but 158. Does it say it on the website? Of course not. Says I could stand in it comfortably at 6ft. It’s only 58” tall. After much complaining they claim to be sending me a return label and refunding me but it takes 7-10 days to get it digitally. I’m still waiting and it’s been almost 3 weeks

Do not buy this product. Their customer service is non existent. I had a terrible experience with this company. I rarely give out 1-star reviews. I typically only review product I find to be exceptional. Hopefully, this review will help others make an educated discussion to NOT buy this product!

This is my second review. Again if I could give them 0 stars I would. After they finally agreed to send me a paid return label for the sauna (even though I purchased the bundle they would only do it for that) in the beginning of April when I have been trying since November. I sent it back the first week of April and was told I would receive a refund after they received it. They received it and then it became 10-15 business days for them to refund my money. It is now June and I have sent multiple emails and still no refund. They claimed there’s a lot of refunds they have to process (not likely) since they don’t want to refund you your money and now after 3 plus follow up emails to them I have stopped receiving responses. Prior to this when I asked about the cold plunge return I agreed to keep the item for a partial refund and have not received that refund either. This is exactly why I told them I did not want to send the item back until I was refunded because they have not refunded me despite me sending the item back. Please please do not spend anymore with this company. I do not even know how anyone allows them to have a merchant account with them to process their orders because of how fraudulent this company is. One big scam that needs to be shut down asap. Maybe now that I have posted another bad review they will respond to me again like the last time.

poor communication, slow shipping, no customer service

I ordered May 11 and it is June 1 and still no product. I keep getting emails from the company saying I am part of their family and how am I enjoying my sauna. I have checked the tracking and it doesn't even show shipped after 21 days. I think I can kiss my money goodbye. I dont recommend this company because I can't even get the product. PG

This company holds themselves to a higher standard. Genuinely seems like they care about the customer experience. Love the product and love the customer support. Highly recommend.
