Czekam już trzy tygodnie i paczka nadal nie została wyslana

- Ordered a set of jack cover caps for my R170 Mercedes on December 2
- Received the wrong parts over a month later
- Customer service guy Kamil was quick to answer phone calls and emails. Wrong parts returned at my expense
- Later received the correct parts but while mounting one on my car, it broke (3D printing material they use is far more ridgid than the flexible material the original is made of). The tab that broke off is paper thin
- Contacted Kamil (this was early February), he was quick to reply and promised to re-engineer the part so it was actually fit for purpose
- Returned 3 of the 4 parts (at my expense) as I expected a quick resolution and would return the one that was on my car once it was all resolved
- contacted Kamil for a status on the parts in late April. He was quick to respond. Copied straight from the email: "My friend is still working on something with fixes/corrections, testing various solutions and technologies to make it better, it's hard for me to say how much longer it will take him"
- I contacted him again to stress the fact I have wasted a whole lot of time and my patience was not unlimited. I asked how long Kamil thought it was reasonable for me to wait
- I received no reply and he was no longer answering his phone

If are willing to purchase a car part and wait several months to receive one that is fit for purpose, Octoclassic is for you. Otherwise, give them a pass!

Original R170 jack covers from eBay are roughly the same price per part (and you don't need to buy a full set of four) but as they state on their website "even your grandson won’t need to worry about them again". So it all sounded good to me. It wasn't.

Note: Octoclassic is still selling this part despite acknowledging the defect in design. I would guess the same part for other Mercedes models suffer from the same defect. All the Mercedes I own would have the same flaw unless Octoclassic has enhanced the design as they had promised me they would do R170.

Good store interface, fast part manufacture and shipping. Part was found not fitting as should. Part was not a straight copy from my original part and was created from a more general design. Customer service was quick to respond and we resolved the issue with 100% satisfaction. I was in a hurry to finish the project and got a replacement elsewhere.

The problem with this Company, they dont understand how to declaring a package /customs processing. This is the last time i will bay anything there.

In your country you have to pay extra customs clearance.

The quality is very good and the parts fit perfect

Schnelle Lieferung, Teile sehr passgenau. Es geht um eine Lautsprecherabdeckung für einen Mercedes /8
diese gibt´s als OEM seit Jahren nicht mehr. Hier bin ich fündig geworden, Preislich sehr angemessen und die Qualität steht dem original nicht nach. Gut es ist ein Plastikteil nicht aus Metall aber das ist nicht wirklich relevant. Farbe hat nicht gepasst, das konnte allerdings mit einer passenden Farbe aus der Sprühdose korrigiert werden.

Only lose a star for being a little more expensive because it's overseas. This is to be expected, but if I'm looking at multiple sellers, that's going to be a factor. Other than that, great products, work perfectly to replace the broken ones, when installed by a professional.

Great match to my 91 xjs,

I own a Mercedes Benz SL320, the plastics on the sunvisors are poor quality and were broken.
I came across Octo Classic and they were able to recreate the exact same parts but with better quality materials.
The parts arrived today from Poland and I couldn't be any more pleased with the end results.
What a great service, professional and always responded quickly to my emails as the parts were in transit, many thanks to Kamil for his professionalism throughout the transaction.

Diese beiden Griffe sind besser, wie die originalen von BMW! Alles paßt perfekt und sieht Super aus.
Es wurden sogar Gewindehülsen eingearbeitet und bei den originalen von BMW wird das mit einer Blechschraube befestigt.
Hier kaufe ich jederzeit wieder!

Poor - two weeks to send parts i now discover are available at Honda main dealer in 24 hours. Then they send from Poland and charge £8 for postage for parts weighing a few grams
