Worst experience ever

Crap experience! I have ordered several items which they charged even though some were out of stock. When receiving the package, one item was wrong (old edition). They offered nothing in return. After 2 weeks they replayed that if I want the correct item (the one I paid for initially) I have to order it again and pay myself for transport, twice!! What a joke 😆

10 weeks of repair, crappy support

The belt my son ordered broke after 2 weeks. Returned it and nagged them for 10 weeks to get it back. When finally returned they've returned the wrong item. No acknowledgement of the mistake. Force me to again return it and do the dance all over again. Just stay away - you can get a more decent belt (read:loading-strap) for $5 at walmart. Support staff are stubborn and obviously don't understand the value of great support.

Scumbag thieves.

Ordered a pair of nike air 180s off the off-white website. Had to keep asking for a verification email as I had no idea if they had even got the order. Then after 3 weeks, got a delivery. Of a pair of Nike Air 200s. Emailed them to inform them of this and they offered a 10% discount off my next order. Told them I wanted the original order or my money back to which they advised me that even although they are the wrong items sent to me I was to give the shoes away or sell them as they are beautiful. I mean really!?! £75 down the drain. Scumbag thieves.

Thoughts of scam

I like thé brand but is bought a pair of shoes on thé off white website and after thé payment i did not got a verification email and after thé site I had a internal error 500.
So I don't know of wil I get these Pairs or how can i get my money back
