Genuinely terrible customer support. Online order, ask for return and it takes 2 weeks to obtain a label. But then the courier doesnt turn up, so you start again. So it all happens again. Over a dozen emails sent to customer service and you are generally ignored. Terrible terrible service. Now claiming back via credit card company.

I ordered a pair of Off White arrow low vulcanized sneakers through Farfetch (in white/black). The main material is canvas. After wearing them for ONE evening, orange/brown stains appeared around the stitches and right above the rubber sole. Mostly in the area of the front of the shoe (probably glue stains).I spent most of the evening inside and didn’t spill any liquids on them or whatsoever. Now this is ridiculous for a pair of sneakers in a price range between €190 to almost €400. Even if you have very sweaty feet (which i don’t have) or after walking in the rain, this is not supposed to happen as shoes are made for feet and outside use (as well) right? After contacting Farfetch and having to send loads of pictures of the shoes from about every angle possible (instructed by the actual Off White warehouse in Italy where te shoes were sent from), and waiting weeks for a response, i was told through Farfetch that the Off White brand ‘did not believe’ this was a manufacterer fault.. Farfetch was disappointed by this as well and sent me a refund for cleaning/repairing the shoes. Very unprofessional from Off White and never ordering from this brand again, bad quality and bad customer service..

I have ordered a lot of clothing from off white over the past 1-2 years and I have never experienced anything bad yet! They deliver fast and I asked the support some questions about sizing. They responded pretty fast due to it’s a huge a brand. The support was helpful and the supporter helped me very much! I will keep buying from them!

Worst experience ever. I sent them so many emails about faulty item I bought but all they do is give me another email address to write to which I did a few times already - first time about a month ago and no answer at all. Never again !!!! No repect for the customer

Acquisto un paio di sneakers in tela a marzo, usate pochissimo e mi si è scollata tutta la suola dopo sei mesi! Vergognoso! Manco le scarpe del mercato! Mai più scarpe off-white.

Made an order on the 4th of December - express delivery paid £17 for the order. Arrived with my local courier on the 6th. Lied several times that a delivery attempt would be made. Needed the item for a surprise birthday on the 12th arrived on the 16th - totally ruined my weekend and surprise. No compensation or apology offered - I try to support black business but won't be ordering from you ever again!!!!!

Why am I receiving an email telling me my refund is being processed. I do not want to cancel my order. Is anyone going to help out and explain why I am no longer receiving my goods. I hear nothing for over a week and now I get told my refund is being processed???????????

I bought the off-white low vulcanized sneakers from the AW20 season. These are fully leather sneakers with a rubber sole and midsole. Now, this is my first time owning an item from off-white and multiple people have said that this brand does not live up to it's quality for the price you're paying. That's true. I personally love these sneakers because they can be styled very easily and they fit and walk really comfy but these sneakers do not have nike quality. The lettering on the tongue that says "made on earth, designed on a plane" has already started to come loose after only wearing them 3 times. The back of the rubber sole has already started wearing out and the "shoelaces" on the shoelaces has also started coming off. The transparent plastic/rubber patch on the inside (well, inside of the external shoe, not the actual inside where your foot is) has started coming loose as well. The midsole also already has some permanent stains even though I've double sprayed it with Crep Protect. I don't write reviews often because I don't bother taking the time to write one but these retail for $400 and for that price, I expect much higher quality standards. Keep in mind, I've only worn them 3 times and I'm a sneakerhead so I know how to take care of shoes. Again, it's a nice shoe but these shoes have a terrible quality for what you are paying. Not a good experience so I will not buy anything from off-white again until they atleast add some sort of quality control.

Ordered a hoodie on sale, had to wait 5/6 days to get a confirmation e-mail after I mailed them a few times. Now, almost 2 weeks later I suddenly received an email which stated: ‘we just processed your refund’. They did, but I did not even ask for a refund neither didn’t I want the product. They did not communicate to me about this, which is very poor. How can you ask so much for your clothing and have such bad service and customer support?

This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced in shopping for 20 years online.

First of all the sneakers had ripped souls after a couple of weeks of use. The quality is so poor that it is unbelievable for the money paid.

And well, when you think that things can't get any worse, you run into their "customer service". I opened my refund/return case over 6 months ago, and I still need to chase them on a daily basis. They have now stopped replying...

Vi descrivo la mia esperienza con off white. Ho partecipato al lancio del modello rubber dunk, sono stato ore ad attende il lancio sul sito, dato che era andato in crash prolungato per almeno 3/4 ore, intollerabile da un azienda di questo calibro, ma questo non è nulla. Dopo ore di attesa magia riesco a comprare il paio che volevo. Ero estasiato e non vedevo l'ora di riceverle, ma di qui in poi il vuoto. Ho aspettato giorni, settimane... Intanto loro si erano presi i miei soldi. Ho scritto due volte all'assistenza, rispondendomi sempre dicendo di avere pazienza e bla bla bla. Passa un mese e qualche giorno, sono totalmente disgustato da questa compagnia 🤡, così scrivo per l'ennesima volta al supporto, senza ricevere risposta all'inizio mi viene annullato l'ordine dicendomi che il prodotto era esaurito dicendo un semplice 'spiacenti', freddezza totale, si sono tenuti circa 200 euro per più di un mese. E sono stato rimborsato con un semplice 'spiacenti, ci dispiace molto'. Ora, non mi sembra che se chiedo un prestito in banca lo possa ottenere senza interessi, e invece con off white è stato così, solo che la banca ero io. Se li avessi investiti consapevolmente quei soldi chissà quanto avrei potuto guadagnare in un mese. E invece nulla, sono disgustato schifato e senza parole che un azienda come off white possa commettere certi errori da incompetenza pura. Potevano almeno offrirmi un codice sconto da utilizzare per un futuro acquisto, ma niente zero. Se non fosse per le collaborazioni con Nike non comprerei da loro neanche se mi pagassero. Dico una cosa sola di off white: 🤡🤡🤡

Customer support and ownership of faulty goods is the worst I've witnessed.

My son bought a pair of sneakers in August when we were on holiday 1000 km away from home. He has been very diligent taking good care of the sneakers and not over using them, but now the sole of the sneakers has come loose. We contacted Off-White but they state that they are not responsible for damaged / faulty items since it was bought from a distributor. So they apparently do not care about the product quality and feel no responsibility.

Complete fraud and awful experience. No signs noted returns for in-store credit, only on the receipt. Customer service is a sham and passive aggressive without helping the customer. Everyone in the NY store is too high to response, smells strongly of weed.

ho acquistato un paio di Sneakers con applicazione in cotone basse, neppure un mese di utilizzo e la suola si è completamente scollata, ho fatto il reclamo all'azienda e si è rifiutata di prendere in carico il reso perchè a suo dire maltrattate, un paio di scarpe in cotone come le superga resistono ben oltre ed hanno altri prezzi! azienda poco seria, non risponde neppure alla pec di un avvocato per dare maggiori chiarimenti sul rifiuto!

Bestilte et par sko i går kl. 14.30 og 25.5 time senere blev de leveret på vores adresse. Jeg er meget imponeret og skoene til min søn var rigtig flotte.
Helt igennem en god oplevelse.

Company takes you money and does not ship anything or respond to inquires. Links for orders do not work. I had to dispute the charges to stop them.

I like this brand although I'm having problems with their sizing... whether it's a hoodie or a pair of sneakers. I think they should also consider clients who are petite! Lol

I bought a pair of sunglasses. And when i recieved them der was a factory fault on them and I sent pictures to show them. The only thing customer service did was blaming the shipping company for damaging my item.

I asked to exchange them but that was not possible.

I asked for a smalle refund because i have to go get my item adjusted in a local store, but this was not possible either.

Baaaad service - faulty items.
I guess this was my last time buying anything from off-white..
