Right in the centre of things, on the bustling Milsom high street, it’s surrounded by popular interiors, fashion and gift shops, as well as independent cafes, and is a short walk from the pleasure gardens and historic homes of famed authors, architects and thinkers such as Jane Austen and Beau Nash. Previously home to Parkhouse and Co. Oriental Goods Depot, purveyors of “fancy goods”, our building was carefully chosen to showcase our seasonal looks , curated by our talented visual team to help you imagine what our pieces might look like in your home.

I was helped by a member of staff to…
I was helped by a member of staff to find a lamp shade for a lamp I owned already. She was so helpful and kind. I think she showed me most of the shades in Oka and explained about shade heights and proportions. I took the first choice back on day two as it didn't work for me as well as I’d hoped but she persevered and I’m very happy with the final choice! I also ended up buying a second lamp and shade in the sale so I’m very happy. What a lovely experience. Thank you Bath! I know I’m not allowed to mention the salesperson’s name but anyone visiting the Bath store will soon work it out!

Prompt delivery of a very nice product…
Prompt delivery of a very nice product but also a refund for the item that was damaged due to the bad I.e. loose packaging.

Order not received.
So far I have not had not had notice that my item is ready for collection at the Bath OKA - ordered 3:3:26 - more than three weeks ago.

Natasha and Alex were incredibly…
Natasha and Alex were incredibly helpful and informative. Photo' and measurements were sent which meant we could order direct from Devon without having to travel to Bath. The table arrived within five days of our order and we are delighted with it.

Positive shopping experience at Oka
After consulting staff in Bath , we quickly decided on purchasing 3 beautiful pendant lights for a newly renovated hallway.
Delivered within 5 days and now proudly installed .
Delighted with our new lights which are so individual and definitely so Oka.

Natasha and her team at the Bath Store really are the best. Their knowledge of products is excellent and their customer service is always outstanding. They are always happy to help . One of my favourite stores .

Natasha, Amelia ( and all the staff) are so incredibly helpful! Really going above and beyond to help with the furnishing of my house. I love all the OKA products but the staff make the experience that much better!

The purchase of a sofa is a minor…
The purchase of a sofa is a minor momentous moment. It’s definitely the stuff of life we live with for a good few years. Hand on heart OKA Bath made the whole experience; from my first trial sit to the delivery, a smooth and kindly process. So thank you! Oh, and I still love the sofa as much as my first meeting!

I always love dealing with Oka Bath
I always love dealing with Oka Bath. They are always so welcoming and helpful in store. They have been particularly great recently as an item was out of stock online and they had the item in stock in store, they very kindly reserved the item, I was able to pay for it and collect it a few days later. Great customer service and incredible items! The only bad review I can give is that they make me spend WAY too much money!
