What can i say about Oliver Burn Company, it has been an absolute pleasure to have such great customer service with a stress free experience. I was in a bit of a dilemma with my housing situation previously and they was respectful, caring, reassuring and directed me into the direction i need to be in. I can't thank Oliver Burn enough for all they have done for me. I highly recommend.

I rented a room in a property with Oliver Burn for 8 years and had nothing but positive experiences with the then property manager. During this time many tenants moved in and out and the process was managed very smoothly by the tenants themselves. However since our property manager changed earlier this year our experience has been dreadful. It takes sometimes weeks to get a reply to a simple email and all the processes have become unnecessarily complicated. Three weeks after moving out Oliver Burn have still not returned my deposit, despite saying it would be done promptly, meaning I have had to seek legal advice elsewhere. Extremely disappointed.

My estate agent was Tim Hudson who was genuine, patient and professional. Tim took the time to understand my needs for my new home and was generous with his time in showing me the flat - my final viewing lasted 40 mins as I measured every inch of the space! Once the sale was agreed between myself and the vendor, he and the whole team at Oliver Burn were very helpful with ensuring it went through swiftly and (thankfully!) ahead of the changes to stamp duty. I would recommend Tim and the team at Oliver Burn to others.

I had a very good and smooth experience with Oliver Burn selling my studio flat. I expected far more complications and endless emails, but it was all done with a minimum of fuss. I would recommend them. They were polite, informed and made the whole process as uncomplicated as possible.

We have just bought our first property and found the whole process so simple and easy with no stress while dealing with Oliver Burn and more importantly the estate agent Nick Webb. We initially viewed the property with Tim Clarke-Payton, who was very lovely and funny, but came back to view it a second time and met Nick, and from then on dealt with him throughout the purchase. He was a pleasure to deal with, took all the stress and strain out of what can be a stressful event. Now living around the corner from the office it's a delight to bump into Nick and his four legged assistant Mabel. Would highly recommend using Nick and Oliver Burn.

Rapport with all of the Oliver Burn staff was established very quickly- whether I had an appointment or popped in, I felt that I was always given their full attention.
Tim C-P is a consummate professional; he fully explained the process of selling, the reasons for the valuation figure and charges which would be incurred.
His wealth of experience suggests he has particular insight into the psychology of buying and selling property.
Subsequently I dealt more often with Tim Hudson, Assistant Branch Manager, his equally professional colleague.
Tim is friendly, reassuring and efficient. He provided me with a lot of useful support in general and nothing was too much trouble.

When we decided to sell our house after more than 46 years it seemed a daunting task. However, it turned out an easy passage under the guidance of Oliver Burn, Estate Agents. We landed with them by sheer coincidence. Trying to load a baby cot into our car, a very friendly young man came along to offer help. It was the same helpful man, Tim Clarke-Payton, whom we shortly afterwards discovered in Oliver Burn’s office. He and his very able team - another Tim and Theresa - gave us consistently good advice and answered all the question we had. They handled brilliantly the task of taking prospective buyers around our property without much interference to our daily life. We could not have been in better hands and can highly recommend them.

I had the pleasure of working with John, Eddie and Tim at Oliver Burn with regards to viewings and getting a rental property. My viewing experience alone was very positive - quite friendly guys who actually seem to care about their clients and prospective tenants and offer a personalised experience. They have also been very attentive to emails and responsive with regards to my requests, and even sent a follow up email to check up on my move-in. Been with Oliver Burn for a few years now and they are really great, can higly recommend them! Prompt reply to all communications and a great team to deal with. Any issues we have had with the apartment have been resolved swiftly.

We've been renting with them for over eight months and are quite happy with the service. They are always quick and clear in their replies (both during the contract phase and now we're renting) and the few ocassions where we've had an issue with the flat (mostly plumbing) they were solved in the same day.

We were not too keen on renting through a management agent instead of with a landlord directly, but are overall quite happy.

The staff has always been helpful and friendly. I mean, literally, whenever we've had a tenancy-related issue they've helped every single time. I don't remember to have ever had to fight for something to get done, as is sometimes the case with landlords.
They reply quickly over email. Which is a big plus for those who, like myself, struggle with phone conversations.
