UPDATE: Very happy with the resolution

I wanted to update my original review following the final outcome.

Olivia, the founder, contacted me personally after my initial experience and took the time to understand why this particular bracelet had sentimental value to me. She arranged for it to be reassessed and ultimately repaired and restored rather than replaced.

I really appreciate the way Olivia personally took ownership of the situation and the effort she and her team made to put things right. The initial experience was frustrating, but I think it’s equally important to acknowledge when a company responds well and genuinely tries to resolve a problem.

Very happy with the final outcome and grateful to Olivia and the team.

I loved my Olivia & Pearl bracelet, which is why I wanted to preserve it. After one pearl was lost, I fully accepted that the item was outside warranty and repeatedly offered to pay the full cost of any repair. Unfortunately, I was told the bracelet could not be repaired without the original pearl and that my only option was to purchase a replacement with a 30% discount.

I found this difficult to understand because the bracelet had previously been repaired by Olivia & Pearl when the original pearl was also missing, and the same bracelet is still part of their current collection. Given those circumstances, I had hoped a paid repair would still be possible.

As the bracelet has significant sentimental value, I found the outcome very disappointing.

Update (July 23 2026): Following this review, Olivia, the founder of Olivia & Pearl, contacted me personally and has kindly offered to have the bracelet reassessed by the studio. They have asked for additional photographs and are exploring whether there is any way to preserve the original piece before making a final decision. I appreciate them taking the time to look at my case again and will update this review once the assessment is complete.

I originally was upset due to issues with the shipping of my order. However, the CEO heard about my issues and promptly called me and fixed the problem so I could get my order in time for my wedding. Very thankful for the great customer service!

Olivia and Pearl are a fantastic company. I have had quite a few pieces from them over the years. Recently a very sentimental necklace broke and they replaced it for me with no fuss. I am so grateful to them & love my necklace I wear it everyday. Great service and quality.

I would be very wary of purchasing from the brand. I brought my daughter a white gold ‘oh so fine’ necklace for her birthday. The chain became tangled so I took to to the local jeweller for the to untangle. They basically told me that the &125 necklace is probably only worth £20.
The necklace is silver coated in gold. Once the gold had been next to the skin a while it will rub as the layer is very thin, leaving you with a silver pearl necklace, that is worth considerably less. Do not be fooled in to purchasing.

I ordered the Oh So Fine Trio Necklace for my daughter for Christmas and it was just a lovely delicate necklace. She loved it! The service was excellent and I had the necklace in a very short amount of time. I’d definitely order from Olive and Pearl again.

I have sent 3 emails to Olivia and pearl now regarding a quality issue with some earrings I bought and have not had a reply. Poor customer service, I would not use again.

The necklace is nice and my wife likes it. Just discovered however that the free gift bracelet never arrived.

Quick to arrive and really lovely quality

I have ordered quite a few things with Olivia and pearl and some could say I'm obsessed with their products. The quality is excellent, great payment options, fast delivery and beautiful packed. I like it's through Royal mail as we have been having problems with other delivery companies.
I have had a problem with a item which was dealt with straight away and rectified straight away as there was someone to talk to on the phone as well as email.
I look forward to seeing what's new in and planning my next purchase. Keep up the good work .

I sent the extra item back which was the wrong one you sent, I also sent the free item back that came with the initial item, The bracelet broke on the first day and havnt recieved a replacement...but my partner is happy with the necklace
