Had the worst experience with this company. DO NOT buy anything from them. Absolutely shocking quality of clothing, you would just put them in the bin more like rags. I spent over £200 so wanted a full refund. After days of emails and trying to give me part refund and keep the dreadful cloths, they eventually sent me their return address which is China. Don’t send anything back as it will not arrive it gets stuck in transit. The best way to get your money back is to go through your bank and do a charge back, if the bank don’t help you which mine didn’t (co op bank) then you need to ring your bank and complain about the service. Once you receive the final letter of response saying they won’t refund you go to the financial ombudsman and within a couple of days you will get a refund. I’m still down on the postage which was £34.20 tracked and signed for but I’m currently trying to get this back through Royal Mail, as my parcel is classed as lost. This has been going on since August, it’s a joke this company are still trading. They need to be STOPPED they have given me so much stress for the last few weeks and all these reviews are saying exactly the same. AVOID at all costs.

Items never arrived

I have been waiting for 3 weeks for my order of dresses to arrive. Tracking not updated since the day of my order. Customer services keeps saying they are prioritising my order, that it will 'arrive soon' and they 'completely understand my concern'. I really, really doubt it.

I have just issued an order cancellation, but I hold zero hope of getting any kind of refund. I paid £160, I'm guessing I can kiss that goodbye.

UPDATE: After 5 weeks waiting I finally received my order. I can only describe the dresses as exceptionally poor fancy dress costumes for a 9yr old. Tiny sizes, terrible quality, and look nothing like the pictures on their site.
Customer services has also disappeared since I asked for my money back.
Only difference I have now is that my email is being BOMBARDED with spam since I complained. May be a coincidence, but the timing is too perfect.

How this company feels right operating like it does is beyond me.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. NOT EVEN WORTH. A REVIEW NOTHING BUT A SCAM , spent £95 on dresses sent back in SEPTEMBER (after emails to and fro trying to persuade me to keep them 🙄 offering money of my next order (joke) finally gave me a return address to China which cost me £22!!! Been messaging back and forth and they tell me it’s stuck in customs ! So all in all over £110 down the drain nothing to show for it!! The dresses were awful, was Cheap shit from china !! Says Olivia Maes boutique UK!! & 100% not uk based ! AVOID THIS AWFUL PLACE ! How they can continue to get away with it I really don’t know !! Site should be closed down ! And police should pay these SCAMMERS a visit !

This website uses .uk in its URL but it's actually based in China where the items are shipped from and of course it takes forever to arrive. I ordered a dress 5 weeks early for my birthday, which arrive the week of my birthday event. The dress was advertised as a UK size 4-6. This bandeau dress was so big I didn't even need to zip it down, as I could step into it (and out). It was more like a size 10.

When I looked up how to return this item, it said they do not cover the return postage and it needs to be covered by the customer. I emailed to ask them to waive this and they refused. Instead, they offered either 30% partial refund and no need to return it, or get 60% off anything else from their website, as returning it back to China would be costly, and they claim "not environmentally friendly" how ironic. I did not want to buy anything else that wouldn't fit me so asked for the partial refund and maybe in the future if I can be bothered and abroad I could get it tailored for cheap. Disgusting fake scam website. The white dress wasn't even white.

What a terrible company saying they delivered my parcel I was away on holiday when I was suppose to receive my parcel I have never received it Iv emailed this to them and they do not care

If I could give a minus 10 I would. I ordered a 'chain mail' dress. It was the s**test, most awful sequin fabric. I could have bought something from the market that is better quality. It's not even long enough to be a top let alone a dress. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. It the worst thing I have honestly ever bought online in my life. Please don't buy from this scamming company.

If there was a possibility to give 0 stars, I would. This is the worst experience we have ever encountered with a company. My partner put an order in but after checking reviews afterwards online, we realised the reviews on their website were from a different company, spelt similarly (Olivia May). It took over 3 weeks for the items to arrive in separate packages. We tried to return the items multiple times after they kept offering % of a refund. We wanted 100% of the refund and it was so difficult for them to accept this. The costs of the return was ours and it was around £20 to get it tracked back to China. When it got to China, it was sat in a processing state for just over 18 days. I spoke to Evri and they confirmed that Olivia Mae never completed any customs declaration documents to ensure it was processed, then the parcel is being returned to the sender. It has been 4 months since the order went in, and we're still no better off. Currently in discussions with Paypal, Barclays, & Evri. I absolutely urge no one orders from this company.

I bought a dress for my sisters wedding, when it came the material was alot cheaper than it looked on the picture to the point it was see through. It was hideous. So knowing how much it cost I paid the shipping over £26 to send it back. I thought this was a UK site as the Web address was '.uk'. Turns out I had to send it to China! I did so in August and beginning of Dec I've received the dress back. It was a scam. So I now cannot sent it back nor will they refund me.

DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!

Not even worth a star. Bought two blouses for over $100. Advertised as linen silk. When they eventually arrived it was clear they were horrible polyester and too small. After a long conversation with someone about returns , and after they offered me $20 to keep them, I received an address to return them to China. I paid another $25 for the return. Now, 2.5 month later the package got returned, address unknown.
Do NOT buy anything from this company. They are not genuine and will just take your money.

Ordered a £50 coat/scarf piece from this website they have clearly stolen their images and videos from somewhere else, they did not send the package on time, they said attempted delivery even though this was rubbish and charged for a redelivery fee, when the cost arrived I actually laughed out loud, it's literally made from the cheapest felt-like material, the kind of material we used to cut up in nursery, the coat had no shape, no real refunds process, you have to email them for a return form. They will email you back but will convince you to buy something else or give you vouchers and avoid giving you a refund. If you say you want a refund, they then send you a return form and state that you need to pay the charges to ship the item back to China. They don't know what the charge is. Not sure it's worth going to all this hassle and doesn’t look like I will get my refund, will try to dispute it through Amex. AVOID.

Awful company (one woman band). Overpriced tat. When the goods came they were 3 sizes too small!! The materials used cheap and scratchy and awfully made. Couldn't return them without paying for my own courier to China then they got stopped in customs and never saw them again!! Got 15% of £145 back - plus my £35 returns I had to pay for - terrible!!! You need to give up making clothes and choose a different career!! You’re a crook!!!

The reviews are correct I can tell you that much. I ordered a dress on the 8th of November it arrived 3 weeks later. Just one week before the event I ordered it for. Lucky I had a backup isn’t it. Absolutely awful. Customer service was helpful when I emailed about my delivery. But thats as far as the positives go unfortunately. The dress I ordered is nothing like the dress i received. Cheap material and it doesn’t even fit correctly. To much material in areas making it look horrendous. I paid £45 for my item in their sale but the dress itself is maybe worth £6. The only thing I can compare it to is a children’s dress up dress. That kind of cheap material. I ordered the elegant maxi dress for reference. Fits nothing like the photos show on their website. I’m not even going to try for a refund. I’ve seen the reviews on their return process. I just wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered. Waste of money. Don’t do it. False advertisement. Fake positive reviews. The dress I ordered, advertised on another site also. So definitely not genuine. Website wants taking down.

I ordered a hot pink dress over a month ago and it’s only just arrived (way too late for the event I was going to wear it at). When it did finally turn up, it was orange and the dress gaped in the weirdest places! I asked to return it to find out they were going to still charge me for returning it even though they had delivered it 2 weeks after the expected delivery date. I’ve asked for a return label and they are doing everything in their power to avoid giving it to me. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I wish there were no stars this company is in breach of trading standards. Order a dress returned to china at a cost of £22 on 14th August only for the dress to be retuned to me today to say unknown address!!!!!! Trading standards really should get involved with this company

I have had a really awful time with this company, bought a dress that came faulty and not like the photo in any way. Told them about the issue and they ignored me and sent default emails offering discounts on next purchases etc when all I wanted to do was return the item. I finally got a return address, and paid £25 for tracked delivery. This was months and months ago, the item has been been delivered back to them, yet they have denied receiving it. Avoid this company at all costs, they need to be shut down.

Still waiting on a delivery over 8 weeks!!! Stuck in transit and will arrive apparently next week or the week after. Refuse to give me info to get a refund. Absolutely shocking. Will never use them again and wouldn’t recommend either
