The communication and the service they provide is amazing and their selection of designer labels no other boutique can beat them

Olivia May is very quick to send you out the items you have purchased, however if you wish to return them and request a refund the experience is the complete opposite. This retailer is the slowest to refund and you will be waiting some considerable time to get your money back. They’re simply is no reason why a company should hold onto your funds longer than is necessary for this reason alone I will not be purchasing any items from Olivia May.

I ordered a pair of Lofina Boots which when they went to dispatch them, they noticed and pen mark on the suede. They send me a picture of the mark and offered a further 10% reduction. I didn't take them but I have no doubt other companies would not have been so truthful. I will definitely order from them again.

Great choices of the best designers for those of us who like to look 'that little bit different'.

I’ve ordered from Olivia May quite a few times over the years. I’ve always had a great service both in the clothing/footwear and in the quick delivery. I wish they could offer up more in the way of larger sizing options as this is the only reason I don’t order more.
