J'ai renvoyé un colis et celui-ci est bloqué en douanes. Ils disent ne pas pouvoir payer les frais de douanes alors que je leur ai proposé de les déduire de mon remboursement.
C'est mon problème selon eux car j'ai eu recours à Colissimo et oublié de mettre "retoru" sur le colis. Je suis ou plutôt j'étais une bonne cliente. Je n'achèterai plus en Grande Bretagne
