Olivia May was offering a reward /treat of 20% off the already discounted 30% off for the weekend after Christmas, I ordered a 3 things, 2 of which were very expensive, the day after the treat ended the clothing was reduced to 50% off, I was quite upset and annoyed as the difference on the discount amounted to quite a lot of money, I did email Olivia May voicing my annoyance but I was told my feedback would be passed on and so far nothing. I have been a customer for years and have never had any reason to complain before and have always found them excellent not sure what happened this time.

This is a great on-line shop. I wish I lived nearer to one so I could also go in person. They are so patient with my requests for additional information to help me make the right purchases. Delivery is always super speedy. The quality of the clothes is superb! I’m always spoilt for choice.

I was delighted to see that Olivia May carries my favorite designer, Rundholtz, and ordered a jacket. The item was no where near in quality to other Rundholtz pieces I already own, and returning it from the US to the UK was very problematic. I had to purchase a shipping label- and because it too me more than 2 weeks to get the item picked up, I was denied a refund. Do not recommend shopping here especially from outside the UK

Communication with the company prior to ordering was swift and professional, I received necessary additional information on the product promptly, which helped make the decision on ordering. Ordering process was smooth, and delivery very fast.

I’m not sure how Olivia May flew under my radar for so long. Since discovering the company relatively recently, I’ve made a few online purchases and all have been beautifully packed and quickly despatched. Keep up the excellent work!
