There was a delivery problem with the carrier. This was discussed with staff who went out of their way to rectify it by waiving the mandatory 2 week returns policy until the issue was resolved.

Visited Cheshire Showroom, great selection of brands. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful.

Great items , quick delivery

Olivia May has such lovely clothes. The shipping costs are high, but I receive my order within a few days. That is incredible fast. Really very worthwhile to shop there for wonderful items. You always find something very nice.

The designer dress from Magnolia Pearl brand was as usual great and at much better price than local retail. My only wish is they stocked more MP items.

Quality is horrendous nothing like the pictures. When asked to return they claim you cannot return sale items (everything on their website is a sale item allegedly).

Ordered a top online recently. Did not hear for over week. Emailed them & they advised they were “about” to contact designer as they did not have it in stock. In another occasion they did not post out my order for over 3 weeks, they did not respond to my emails and eventually let me know they were moving stores and that was the reason for the delay. They recently incorrectly advised Customs that order was a higher value than it was. This resulted in Customs requiring over $300 in import duties. After many phone calls and emails I was able to resolve with Customs. However there was a $119.20 fee imposed for disputing the charges. I have an email from Olivia May noting they were solely responsible for the error and 2 weeks later I am waiting for them to refund me the $119.20 and rely to my emails. Dreadful customer service.

Offering a really different variety of clothes

Ordered the white Edel shirt in a size 12
I was informed 4 days later that this item was not in stock due to a stock error and was therefore unavailable for me to purchase.
I was offered a smaller size - which I declined as I am not a size 10.
I waited 8 working days for a refund and had to email and call several times to receive the refund.
That said, I order frequently from Olivia May and up until now I have always had good service and been happy with my purchases and the speed of delivery.
I usually give 5 stars. This time I was a little disappointed with the customer care I received. Hence a generous 3 stars on this occasion.

I have been purchasing clothing and shoes from Olivia May for many years. I love Rundholz designer brands and they are less expensive ordering from the UK rather than here in the US. They take back everything even if it is on sale within a reasonable amount of time. I love this store and hope to visit in person some day. I always feel cool in their clothing. Love, love, love!
