I think I died and went to heaven!
My brother sent me three flavors of panettone for Christmas in small tins. My over zealous 11 month old, 70 pound puppy decided that they were for her. She put teeth marks through 2 of the tins and ate the panettone. I decided that I had to try the limoncello one. I ordered 2 of yours based on reviews. I cut myself a piece still cold from being on the porch. I thought I had died and gone to heaven. If I had a locked cabinet to put it in, I would have. It's fabulous. So flavorful! I wish I could try some other flavors, but they are sold out. And I'm sure for a very good reason. I'll keep checking if you keep baking.

We would like to kindly clarify that your order was placed under the Last Baking shipping option, with shipments starting from January 8th. As indicated at checkout, this shipping method requires up to 15 business days (not calendar days) for delivery.
Your order was shipped starting from January 8th, and the delivery was successfully completed on January 22nd, fully within the expected timeframe.

The Panettone taste great and soft but…
The Panettone taste great and soft but when I try to peel the paper wrapping on the edge of the Panettone, it was disastrous because the paper was stuck to the cake. Maybe you can find a way to not make the paper so sticking to the cake. Other than that, the Panettone was delicious!

The TreCioccolatti was disappointing, not moist at all like I would have expected for the higher end product.

Ottimo panettone ma l ho trovato molto simile - per consistenza e sapore - ad un altro panettone acquistato in una pasticceria locale ad un prezzo inferiore...pertanto buonissimo ma non eccezionale per il costo affrontato.

Ci dispiace molto leggere che, questa volta, l’esperienza non sia stata all’altezza delle sue aspettative. Il fatto che il panettone fosse soffice ma con un gusto percepito come “diverso” o con un retrogusto insolito, così come la minore sofficità del pandoro rispetto a quanto si aspettava, è per noi un’informazione importante e assolutamente da approfondire.
Proprio perché si tratta di prodotti artigianali e realizzati con lievitazione naturale, ogni segnalazione come la sua merita la massima attenzione: ci aiuterebbe molto se potesse fornirci qualche dettaglio in più, ad esempio:
la data di acquisto o il numero d’ordine
il gusto/variante acquistata
se ha notato anomalie nel profumo o nella consistenza già all’apertura
come sono stati conservati i prodotti prima dell’assaggio

We also replied to you promptly; however, unfortunately we were not able to stop the shipment in time, as it had already been processed and handed over to the courier.
For this reason, the package was delivered anyway.
