Service was great but the product not…
Service was great but the product not practical as it took an extremely strong man to strain the fabric to fit the frame! In payment I let him keep the chair!

Good Awning. What I needed. Put up on Own.
I fortunately took the Light Grey awning with me recently, having discovered I could fit Fig8 to my Bongo. My Airbeam tent caught a leak!! so i swopped it for the Olpro awning one which I had wanted to try out, and suitable for shorter stays. I had initially seen the Orange and Black 'pretty' awning with scalloped edges, but on closer inspection decided a regular one would be better for me, and was slightly bigger, to protect from both sun and rain. It was a little windy where I was and I found the awning moved along the Fig 8, so I need to make sure that next time I put it up more evenly (though it was fairly even).. or maybe stick some blu-tac on the ends! (or maybe there is something to stop that). It definitiely saved me on my camping holiday, and provided suitable shade. Having had a little experience with putting up something like this on my own, I wedged the poles at an angle while doing the other side.. and then tightened things up a bit..

Unfortunately, we can't look into or resolve delivery issues unless we're made aware of them, but now that we know, we've arranged for a replacement to be sent straight away through DPD Next Day Delivery.

Slight mark on thermal side
Slight mark on thermal side, looked like a cut, but on closer look, it was not through main surface, hopefully will disappear with summer heat.

Very impressed
Order came very quickly and I was very pleased with the selection I was send. There was an issue with a damaged item but this was resolved with no fuss whatsoever and I received a replacement for the item even quicker than the original order. Very impressed and will be using this company again.

Purchased a VW T6 Rubber Cab mat.
Purchased a VW T6 Rubber Cab mat.
When the mat arrived it was rolled up tight so I tried to flatten it out, left it in the garden in the sun as it had a strong smell of rubber plus trying to soften the rubber to flatten it . A week later I’m still trying to flatten it out and it still has a strong smell of rubber!!

Our rubber mats are rolled for shipping, so they can take a little time to settle flat once unpacked. Warm temperatures usually help speed up the process, although we appreciate this hasn't been your experience. As they're made from rubber, there may also be a noticeable smell initially, but this should fade over time.

Really disappointed with my product
Really disappointed with my product. Quality was not as expected from brand and the tent poles broke on first use. Checked warranty and poles not included. Disappointing and therefore difficult to recommend.

Great product
Great product, good folks, good service. Dead easy to put up; the chunky poles are great; easy to adjust the height quickly to create more or less shade and to avoid water collecting in the rain. The orange is great too. Never lose your van on a campsite!

Olpro Snug awning
Just taken out my Olpro Snug awning for its first camping weekend.
Easy to rig and put away afterwards. Survived a very blowy weekend.
Well made, with double stitching on the zips. Great poles that are easy to set up.
I'm very happy with my awning.
I chose Olpro because I was so impressed with an Olpro tent I bought a few years ago, and their customer service every time I visit them at a show has been great.
