Badly organised
Absolute waste of time and money

Very friendly staff, knew their tours well and incredibly helpful.

The gentleman listened carefully and sorted the problem calmly and efficiently.

Left waiting for 2 hours for a coach with lack of communication, the communication we did receive was untrue

We did not realise that the hotel where the 'talk' and sales pitch was so far away from the airport. There were several people who had travelled there by train. Would have been nice for Omega to have arranged free coach transport to/from the airport especialy considering the cost and to do a deal with Holiday Inn for an overnight stay. Sadly no Aurora lights for us.

Good value, great service, will definately book again

The pre flight presentation was at a hotel some miles away from the Terminal - why not use one on site. As a train user, I had no opportunity to travel out and back. At check in, I was second to check in and asked for a forward aisle seat. I was given 31C, the very back row and was basically a toilet monitor. Never again.

Very helpful lady on the phone easy to book .I recommend London Theatre Trips as they are well organized and good value for money .

We had a lovely holiday in Iceland. Peter and Pete were excellent. The Hotel Lækur was particularly comfortable and hospitable and the perfect location for viewing the northern lights. Marianne our guide was very knowledgeable and personalised our trip to suit the ever changing weather and guests.
It would have been very helpful to know what the lunch arrangements were before leaving the UK. The phone agent and their supervisor said, and I quote “that’s not our responsibility” which did not feel helpful or understanding. My expectation was that the travel agent would have knowledge of their tour and have been able to say, or offer to find out. A supervisor eventually reluctantly said he would ask the itinerary team to get in touch. They didn’t.
Other travellers may like to know that major tourist locations all have toilets and either excellent food halls or stalls selling hot drinks and snacks. We ate very well.
On the day of UK check in my Icelandair app showed the wrong date for return to the UK which, according to them, was because that was what the tour operator had booked for me. An alarming start to the day which was quickly sorted out by Omega.
However, this was a great experience a good way to see the country. For us, the use of a local guide far outweighs the information of any internet search, social media or book. The personal touch matters, which is why we booked with a tour operator rather than self planned. Thank you Peter, Pete and Marianne for giving that and for planning so carefully to give us the best chance to see the northern lights, which most certainly paid off and made for a magical celebration of our silver wedding anniversary.
I have rated 4 stars because of the UK customer service experience.

Very easy to work with, helpful and informative staff.

Clear and relatively quick

As usual, very good service from Omega and everything went according to plan.
We particularly appreciated the hotel this time - the Sheraton at Heathrow- which was of a very high standard.
We could have done with a little more time at some of the service stations but, apart from that, the weekend was very enjoyable.
We will definitely be travelling with Omega again.
