X4 blood pressure monitor good but customer support non existent
Bought an X4 blood pressure monitor via Amazon. Worked very well for about a year. Then it started to have problems. It wouldn't pair reliably, needing to be reset every 2-3 days even after reinstalling the app.Then it started blanking out the screen for no reason. The Start/Stop button didn't work some of the time and it kept losing readings even when it did pair.
I tried to contact customer support and that's when the real problems started. Their contact form on the website returns a "419" timeout error and the customer service line on the website is dead.
Luckily I bought through Amazon and they gave me a refund and postage paid label. (Plus gave me a £5 credit on the account for the inconvenience).
Shame, because for a year it worked well, but as others have commented, Omron has no customer service when things go wrong.
Omron customer support null points. Amazon excellent as usual 10/10.
DISMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
Do not deal with this company as their "customer service" is non-existent. I purchased a blood monitor from OMRON and right from the start I had major discrepancies in the fluctuation with the readings. I took the unit to compare the readings with my family Dr and it confirmed the OMRON readings were not accurate. I called OMRON and they asked a number of questions (apprx 10 minutes) and told me to replace the batteries with alkaline as I had lithium batteries in my unit. I did this and used for a week to see if the numbers would "settle" but they didn't. I called customer service again and they went through a number of questions again (another 10 minutes). Finally, the agent told me I would need to send it in at my own expense and their technical dept would determine if there's a problem. They will replace if defective or send back if non defective. OMRON's customer service made me go through hoops and I felt OMRON was doing everything to deter me from receiving a replacement. I just saw the other OMRON reviews and wish I had checked them out prior to purchasing. do not deal with this company!
Sehr gute Unterstützung für gesunden Lebensstil
Habe das RS7 und die Messwerte passen auch zu den beim Arzt gemessenen Werten. Wichtig ist, vor der Messung mehrere Minuten ruhig zu sitzen. Bei mir reicht der kurze Gang vom Sofa zum Esstisch, den Blutdruck um 15-20 mmHg zu erhöhen.
Ich führe auch jede Messung doppelt durch. Weichen die Messungen mehr als 5 mmHg ab, wird weiter gemessen bis sich der Blutdruck eingependelt hat. Zwischen den Messungen mache ich 3 Minuten Pause. Blutdruck wird mindestens 3 mal tgl gemessen, morgens, nachmittags und abends.
Das Beste ist aber die App. An den Trends erkennt man sehr gut den Einfluss von Stress, Erkrankungen, Sport etc. auf den Blutdruck. Die Funktionen der App erschließen sich mit der Zeit.
Ich würde das Gerät wieder kaufen.

Jeg har købt en OMRON blodtryksmåler hos Matas. Blodtyryksmåleren kom med forskellige fejlkoder. (E1 og E5). Matas butikken fik imidlertid at vide fra OMRON, at dette ikke kunne passe, så jeg måtte afprøve den igen.
Resultatet var stadig det samme.
Matas butikken beklagede dybt denne behandlig af sagen.
Matas foranledigede nu, at apperatet blev sendt til OMRON.
Imidlertid returnes blodtryksmåleren fra OMRON med oplysning om at den intet fejler.
Her vil jeg gerne oplyse, at den er total ubrugelig.
Matas er tilsyneladende ikke ukendt med denne behandlig af et defekt produkt fra OMRON og beklager forløbet.
Matas har ydet en profesionel og positiv behandling i denne sag.
Jeg har ønsket pengene retur.
Jeg vil med ovenstående advare mod at købe OMRON produkter.
OMRONS "Stjerne bedømmelsen" viser klart OMRONS andre kunders mening.
Nebuliser - Poor product and poor customer service
Purchased handheld nebuliser from Amazon. Followed instructions to the letter to set it up. Medication poured out between the main unit and the medication container. Used Omron's contact us webpage. Got message saying 419 page expired so had no idea if message sent. Phoned. Not given any help or guidance, merely told to send it back to Amazon within 30 days.

Omron Blutdruckmessgerät defekt nach einem Jahr und nach 10 emails immer noch keine Reparatur erfolgt. Vertrösten, vertrösten , vertrösten ... ist das Motto. 10 Mails inzwischen und nun warte ich seit Juli 2023, heute ist Oktober auf eine zufriedenstellende Antwort.
The app is crap
The app is crap. No AC cable, no Batteries. Never again - you've lost another customer, but you don't care. Now it doesn't even remember my account details - not that you can log into your account anywhere on their site.
Terrible intrusive Privacy Policies.
While their product is very good their Privacy Policies and their use of cookies and what not on their web site is acceptable. You may not even deal with them on the internet-support, order parts, order disposables-without agreeing to all sorts of cookies and trackers and what not you have no idea what it does. The information presented is very confusing. I returned my devices.
This is a consumer ripoff! Beware!
Purchased a Omron 7 series blood pressure monitor. Not only are the batteries that were included dead, there is no AC adapter even though there is an AC port! Customer service indicates I would have to buy their top line model to have an AC adapter included! I now have to buy that AC adapter separately. Additionally, they did not offer to send me fresh batteries. This is not out of the box ready and a reputable company would not play these silly consumer rip off games. Extremely disappointed!!
Omron 6350
In February 2023, on the advice of my doctor, I should take daily blood pressure readings. I bought an Omron BP6350.
The machine worked very well for about four months. Then I continually got an E-5 message. I talked with customer service and he advised me to get alkaline batteries and sit in a straight-backed chair. I did that. Continually received the same E-5 error. I sent the unit back to Peoria, IL. I paid the shipping cost. After about three weeks, I got an e-mail from Omron telling me that the unit was working properly and they were sending my unit back to me. It's the only communication I received from the company.
The limited warranty was for five years.
My Radio Shack BP meter I bought in 1984 still works. I bought the Omron BP6350 for convenience and ease of use. Jokes on me...

OMRON do not recycle
We inherited an OMRON pump air in our house, it fully works - I tried to give it back or send it back to OMRON but I was asked to bin it. I find it crazy that in 2023, a company like OMRON is unable to have a recycling process or donation process. If company likes you dont even try, how can the all world get better - really sad and frustrating1

Omron Evolve and OMRON HN300T2 Intelli IT Smart Bathroom Scales for body weight and Omron Connect app: In the app downloadable reports no longer work in any format nor by email and the best I can say is that my requests in the app are ignored. I get exactly the same in both the Android app and the iOS app. I've been through lengthy solutions such as removing the devices and adding them again, clearing the app cache and reinstalling the app to no avail. I would say that either the number of free downloadable reports is limited and I have used up my free allowance necessitating a paid subscription at £6.66 per month to get more downloadable reports or Omron has blocked my account. What I have to do now is write results manually in order to submit to my health care professional which I could have done with my previous A&D UA-611 which cost only £17 and my Salter bathroom scale which cost £6. Overall a waste of £140.
Who Put the OM in Omron?
I Just purchased the Omron BP7530 from Walgreen's. I downloaded the Omron Connect App from Apple App Store but I've wasted an entire afternoon trying to create an account and I can't even setup a password. Even the "Contact Us" page on their website is ridiculously burdensome--asking for all your personal info--Don't waste your time with this arrogant company's software. I'm guessing their young programmers are having a good laugh from stumping their elders on this one.

Elevated Blood Pressure AFTER Purchase
I purchased Omron Blood Pressure Monitor 7 Series Wrist (BP6350) with older family member's health in mind. I like that the device is compact, comes with a storage case, and inflates band silently. Only problem is... the device repeatedly failed to register a reading. I consulted owner's manual for possible troubleshooting tips, but found none. No corporation should prioritize profit over people... especially in the field of healthcare. Omron boldly claims that device has been "clinically" proven accurate, while conveniently omitting, if and/or when it works. Additional facts to consider: product made in Vietnam; manual lacks important facts and device info; no customer support provided; buyer seeking replacement or repair of faulty product must pay shipping fees; price assigned to the sale of device is excessive, illegitimate, and shameful.

Handgelenk-Blutdruckmessgerät zeigt absolut falsche, überhöhte Werte, trotz korrekter Handhabung und vorheriger 10 min. Ruhe an.
Keine Fehlermeldung.
Leider ist Gerät bereits aus der Garantiezeit heraus, Das Firmenangebot zur Einsendung und Überprüfung mit mind. 50 bis 100€ Kosten für mich ist unrechenbar, da keine Garatie, dass keine weiteren Kosten anfallen und Gerät danach wieder 100% funktioniert. Auch Neuanschaffung ist leider viel preiswerter. Omron bietet kein Service, wie andere Anbieter, in Apotheken oder Geschäften der Umgebung zur Prüfung. Schade.
Da das Gerät somit nicht repariert/ recycelt werden kann - reinste Umweltverschmutzung und Ressourcenverschwendung.
ARNAQUE commande jamais reçu
J'ai commandé le 19/02 un tensiomètre sur le site Omron, je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande et j'ai bien été prélevé de 79,90 Eur. Ils ne répondent pas aux formulaires de contact et la commande sur mon compte de connexion à fini par disparaître. Arnaque!!!!! J'ai tenté de les joindre par téléphone un 0800914314 ça tourne en boucle, personne ne répond et l'accent du standard automatique est douteux pour un numéro français.
Terrible and inaccurate
This is a terrible, inaccurate machine. It is reading 9 points to low based off my doctor's pressure cuff. When I called the company, I had to pay to ship the machine back and after over a month, they told me nothing was wrong and that they were shipping it back to me. Don't waste your money or time.
