Omron Qualität und Service ist minderwertig!
Ich habe seit ca. 4Jahre ein Omron M700 benutzt soweit so gut. Ich habe letzte Woche bei meinem Hausarzt eine Vergleichsmessungen gemacht und festgestellt das der Systolische Wert um 14 mmHg abweicht zu den realen gemessenen Wert. Darauf habe ich zusätzlich noch beim Werkarzt Vergleichsmessungen gemacht , das Ergebnis war der gleiche. Ich leider unter den erhöhten Blutdruck und letztes Jahr habe ich ein Herzinfarkt bekommen und bin angewiesen für exakte Messungen. Ich habe mich für Omron M700 entschieden und mehr Geld ausgegeben mit der Hoffnung Qualität zubekommen, aber so wie es aussieht ist das nicht der Fall.
Bei Tel. Kontakt kommt man nicht durch und bei Kontaktformular bleibt komischerweise die Webseite immer hängen.

purchased a new Omron blood pressure machine end of January 2023 my doctor requested I purchase one because I had very high blood pressure I bought my machine at Costco I set my machine to take 3 readings and show average just recently just found out the bad way my machine gives a blood pressure reading not even close to what it should me my blood pressure was very low so I stopped my meds for a couple weeks. went to see my doctor my blood pressure was very high so the complete opposite this machine could have caused me a heart attack. I would never buy one again not reliable

My doctor recommended Omron BP7450CAN home blood pressure monitor from Walmart. It’s not even a year old and it gives an error code of E1. Not sufficient air. I called warranty and they told me to buy a new cuff. This home machine costs over $128.00. This is not the way to back up your product. I do not recommend any Omron products. You sped your time on the phone with an all your private info been given to then and a hundred questions on how you use it and what the display says. Once again. TERRIBLE SERVICE and PRODUCT.

The products would also be good if it weren't for the software and the cloud that always create problems. For these reasons, I decided to switch to their competitor and requested a copy of the data on the basis of current privacy legislation. They are hesitating to force me to buy a premium version of the software and I will have to go to a lawyer in the next few days to have MY data damaged in part by their software.

I have an Omron X7 blood pressure monitor with Bluetooth. The Bluetooth is useless if anything having the Bluetooth makes my blood pressure go up, because it never connects and frustrates me. Buy a different model.

Omron M7 Intelli IT blood pressure monitor Application software
I Have had an Omron M7 Intelli IT blood pressure monitor for many years (same as doctors use). It is easy to use and accurate. I gave this data to the doctor before going into hospital last year for an operation, it was very useful.
However back in April 2022 Omron deleted my old reliable app and forced me to update to their new App. The new App dose not work very well, it is a pain to get into and then if you wish to change from a daily view to a monthly view it takes forever to recalculate the data. The display is a dot graph rather than a line graph and looks a mess.
Omron advised me that slow operation was being addressed, that was over 6 months ago, it is still unusable.
OMRON PLEASE GIVE US BACK THE QUICK AND EASY TO USE SOFTWARE, this new app IS RUBBISH.

I'm a fan of the Omron 10 series monitor, but find the Omron Connect App. virtually impossible to use. The App. endlessly drops Bluetooth pairing and is slow to sync with the monitor to actually transfer data when it is working. I've called the Customer Service line at Omron perhaps 5 times over the last 2 weeks. While the Omron folks are pleasant, all they can do is yet another multi-step re-pairing effort. Surely there's be an easier method to store & analyze Blood Pressure readings over time, especially for an older population. (For now, I've reverted to a manual notebook system.) Hope the bugs can be addressed. BW

The reviews I read prior to purchasing this product seemed great but in reality it is worthless and undependable. Out of concern over outlandish / inaccurate readings, I took the BP monitor with me to a Dr visit....he used his BP cuff and we used the BP5350 monitor- we consistently had readings 40/28 higher on the Omron - an alarming difference on the high / low number. * DO NOT BUY this product if you have any type of heart or BP issues. This product is a danger to your well being and your health.
Worse yet the warranty is a joke they make you pay out of pocket for shipping....and said since it was purchased on Amazon their wasn't much they could do and it would need returned through Amazon.

Useless tech support, bad new app
After being forced by Omron to update the old app for M700 Intelli IT, I am very unhappy with the new app. The synch button is tiny, must be touched many times before it is synched, then it shows "The synch was successful" but the data is several days old. So you synch again and again and again and maybe you get lucky. Contacting the support is a disaster: they are polite but useless. Instead of offering some suggestions, they asked:
In this case could you give me the exact model of the device with the HEM number. (must I say it was in the email I sent to them?)
Also i have to ask you from where did you purchase it from and also how long ago. (why is that important when the app does not synch).
Another request was responded to this way:
In the request it was mentioned that I had iOS Version [15.6] and they responded:
"In this case i have to inform you that the new version of the app is compatible with Android 7 and above and IOS 13 and above. You have to upgrade your phone's software."
They just waste time and don't help.

Omron Gentle temp 521 købt I januar 2022, benyttet én enkel gang med misvisende resultater (kropstemperatur under 35 grader). Sendt retur til apoteket og følgende reparation hos Omron - får en kort besked tilbage om at beskyttelseshætten ikke var korrekt sat på, og at termometeret efter én enkel anvendelse var beskadiget tilstrækkeligt til ikke at kunne repareres. Beskyttelseshætten var den som var monteret fra fabrikantens side, og denne gik i stykker så snart termometeret blev anvendt. Ualmindeligt dårlig kvalitet, helt uhørt at man kan få tilladelse til at sælge dette i Danmark.
Readings higher than my GP's or nurse's
I have had the Omron M2 monitor for two years now. The machine functions OK, but I seriously doubt the accuracy of the readings. On my most recent visit to my GP, his reading was 15 mmHg lower than the one I took before I left home. The same thing happened at a subsequent visit to the surgery's nurse.
Some days there can be wide variations between the three readings which I take one after the other - as much as 25 mmHg.
This isn't just academic - the GP may decide to up the dosage of some of my pills which I believe is unnecessary as I am in good health.

I upgraded to an Omroron Smart blood pressure monitor after years of faithful service of my previous simple Omron machine. The new machine is complicated to connect to the new software, it fails to synch there are log in problems and it is unstable. I have about 30 apps on my iPhone all working perfectly and this one does not. If you wish to be stressed out and raise your blood pressure download the Omron app, it is the worst app I have ever used and detracts from what should be an excellent machine. Terrible experience user interface.
AWFUL, BRING BACK THE OLD APP
The new app is ok to view your reading but nothing else. Trying to download the information to share with my GP surgery is a complete nightmare. It is not intuitive, I clicked on the options at the bottom of the screen and the "more" option to see what was there but it gives you lots of paid for premium choices including reports! You have to click on the "History" option and then on the arrow on the top right hand side of the screen which looks like a back button to be able to share/download the information. It took alot of Googling to find this out! The old app was far better and easier to use. The only positive comment I can make about this app is that it is free to view your reading but nothing else!!!!
Very poor app.
The BP monitor seems to work OK, but the app is the worst I have encountered for a long time. It says the data has synced, but there is no evidence of it on the app despite repeated efforts following trouble shooting guides. The fact Omron have not taken heed of all these reviews is of concern.
