I have a cat feeder, water fountain, and grooming vacuum, and overall I am very satisfied with all of them , especially with their fast and responsive support service. My water fountain had an issue during the warranty period, and after contacting support, they quickly sent me a replacement device. My cats are happy again :D

Just one suggestion for future products: the blade quality of the grooming razor could be improved a bit. Grooming is usually very stressful for my cats, but with this device I can easily do it myself at home at a convenient time for them. It may not look as perfect as professional grooming, but for me reducing stress is much more important, and I am getting better at it ;D

Andrea was extremely kind and helpful and I'm 100% satisfied with the customer service experience.

Andrea was incredibly helpful and speedy in getting my problem resolved. One of the litter boxes got lost in transit and she got another one sent ASAP. Quick and simple communication

Ich hatte von oneisall einen Pet Trimmer im Juli letzten Jahres 2025 bestellt und erhalten. Leider war die Hauptklinge nach wenigen Monaten (ca 10 mal insgesamt benutzt) nicht mehr nutzbar. Ein Schreiben an Oneisall erreicht Frau Sue, die mich sehr freundlich bat, meine Unterlagen einzureichen, um die Garantie einzulösen. unmittelbar nach Einreichung der gewünschten Unterlagen schrieb mir Frau Sue, sie werde sich umgehend um Ersatz kümmern. Von meinem Schreiben bis zur Zusendung des neuen Gerätes vergingen knapp 8 Tage. Frau Sue schrieb mir sofort und teilte mir den Versand mit. Alles unglaublich fleißig und hilfsbereit. Ich kann dieses Produkt deshalb weiterempfehlen, weil der Kundendienst hier oberste Priorität genießt (für mich auch wegen dieser Sachbearbeiterin). Auf diesem Wege herzlichen Dank!

Sue and Lydia are Oneisall heroines doing all they can to get you help for the product a dog vacuum clipper kit. My clipper stopped working with all heads and Oneisall replaced it promptly and smoothly. Sue kept up with me until Lydia had to take over and get me a new clipper from the China plant, as the solution since the US plant had none in stock. It took much less than two weeks to get it to me. I recived it today and am very grateful to Oneisall and Sue and Lydia for outstanding customer service. I love this clipper set. Thanks so much

I had ordered the wrong hose for my machine. I expressed it to the company and they replaced my hose with no problem. I’m so happy. I would recommend them to anyone who needs pet products for grooming they’re the best thank you so much.

The customer service from One is all was truly great. I was so excited to order the litter box that I forgot to use a promo code. I responded back to the email confirmation of my order and Andrea responded with a very kind email back, along with refunding the amount that I would've saved with the promo code. Thank you!

My order got stuck on the way to me for more than 2 weeks, and I couldn't identify why.

Thanks to his proactive approach and understanding, he quickly managed to solve the problem by sending me the same order again.

Andrea was very helpful and provided great customer service when offering me a replacement set of blades due to mine breaking!

Customer Service replied to my concerns within 24 hours and were very accommodating. They replaced my Kitty Water Fountain as promised, and my kitties can't live without it! Very happy with company and their customer service.

I got an issue with the device and connected with customer service. I received quick reply, very informative and supportive. The agent, Andrea, solved the issue in 1 business day.

The company was very responsive and helpful to send filters that were not included with the original shipment order.

All replies were prompt,I was very impressed by Andrea's customer service.I will recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a pet waterer.

After you turn down the switch, the food tank will be locked and it couldn't be removed from the feeder, and if you turn it on, then you could remove the food tank from the feeder and you could then clean the food tank if you'd like to.

I recently received the double automatic feeder for cats. It seems to be operating great.
My question is when you face the front (dial side) of the feeder, there is a unlock/lock slide switch on the right side of the feeder. What is the purpose of this switch?

Purchased dog clippers in July 2023 for our labradoodle…. These worked exceptionally well and I have been very pleased with the product. Forward fast to last week when the clippers stopped working, clogging up and not cutting as previously. I emailed customer service who immediately responded offering a new set of clippers under the lifetime guarantee. These arrived today and I am delighted; finished clipping a half completed dog super quick. Thank you Oneisall for fast, efficient and reliable service.

I bought from the official website a product that has arrived defective.
I contacted the customer service and the assistant Andrea immediately and satisfactorily solved the problem, replacing the product I ordered with another category and superior value without any surcharge for me.
This is a sign that the company is serious.
I recommend it.

I didn’t want the item and sent it back. They reply really fast. I denied the package on saturday, today is monday, i got an email a few minutes ago that I would get the money back in a few days. The customer service is really good and the best one I’ve contacted so far🩷
