Olivia was spectacular with understanding my issue and resolving it in a timely manner. My automatic cat feeder had started to malfunction after nearly 2 years of use, but their warranty policy allowed them to ship me a new one for my kitties to enjoy. The product worked beautifully and dutifully, it dispensed kibble 6 times a a day for almost two years before the rubber mechanism inside started to get soft. Which could be due to the kibble I use over time, it does have a slight oily texture to it. Highly recommend the product!

They were amazing. They helped me out when my litter box stopped working. Especially Andrea was very helpful. I would totally continue shopping with them.

Olivia was terrific. I was missing a small component from my delivery. She kept me informed with updates and made sure the situation was rectified. The Oneisall cordless dog clipper is the best one we have ever owned.

I contacted customer service because I could not fine directions to replace the blade I had removed for cleaning on my razor.
Andrea, the customer service representative answered my query quickly and after a few questions determined the I should not have removed the blade. She kindly replaced the razor even though it was my error.
This kind of customer service is truly appreciated.

They offered a replacement

I have ordered the replacement filters for my cat’s water fountain and am very satisfied with the quality of the products and the customer service. Unfortunately, I had some issues with the delivery due to the error from DHL’s side, but Andrea from customer service was incredibly helpful and arranged a new delivery for me right away. Very helpful!
The water fountain itself is a great improvement from my previous plastic one. It’s stainless steel, doesn’t collect dirt or mold. My cat is actually drinking from it, which says it all.

I needed help getting replacement blades for my rfc476 clipper.
Andrea not only had no questions asked of me, but she went on to find out that the blade is not removable. She then arranged to send me a replacement clipper (again no questions asked).
Best customer service experience i have had in a long time!! Thank you

I purchased three items with one siall I got the dual cat feeder got the air purifier for the cats and I got the litter box that connects to the Wi-Fi and that's what I want to write my review on is my litter box it's very easy to put together and very easy to clean cleaned and I love that about it.The only two issues that I have about it is The rake doesn't rake very well and the cat litter seems to stick to it and also the litter tray is somewhat hard to get in and the way you know you got it in right is it when the red light goes off on the clean button. Also I'd like to see it weigh the cats I have another litter box that weighs when the cats get in there and that's what I would love to see on this one

Customer service is great. Andrea understood my issue and found a solution that turned my opinion around. The product itself is great and I do recommend it, my issue was around the clarity of the listing. She assured me to pass the information on to the design team so it is clear to customers what items are included in the pack.

Even though the package was lost twice by the carrier, the company customer service stayed on top of it and thought to ship a third try with a different Carrier. Finally it arrived and it is working as advertised! Thank you so much for your resilience and quick attention to my woes!

Once I was able to show proof of purchase Andrea sorted out a motor replacement. I bought my Oneisall dog fountain in November but the motor suddenly stopped working properly. If you have a problem, contact them, they answered all emails in a timely manner and now my replacement motor is on the way.

Andrea was very helpful addressing and resolving my issues. Everything was handled promptly and professionally. I would recommend this company for purchases.

We love our new dual tray automated feeder. One of our cats is on a strict diet and the feeder allows us to maintain his diet without worrying about his portion. Great product and I would recommend it.
