Greedy, rip-off prices for everyday items.
Many staff lack basic communication skills, have an air of self importance and are regularly condescending towards customers.

some staff are nice but some are really rude particularly towards older women and those who have a hearing impairment.

The products are fantastic and excellent value for money - the only thing that lets the One Stop Shop down is two rude members of staff - both Asian.

The other thing is the music station playing in the background - the music is SO IMMORAL - it is disgusting that retailers are allowed to play such 'filthy' - it is shocking - whatever radio station they are linked - they need to change the radio station - classical music and or chillout or jazz music - without offending lyrics is needed - you have elderly ones that shop there and small kids - why is that music station allowed to be played without impunity.

Store 456 Damson Lane Solihull, what an absolute pleasure. After a hard day's graft I decided to enter the One Stop shop for some beverages. When placing my items on the till a young lady asked if I'd like a carrier bag. Thank you how much? 30 pence, on this note I decided to ask if she had anything for free. On this she pulled out a large brown paper bag and started to load my beverages. I asked if she would be able to double bag it for me. The reply was, the same size bag won't fit into another, I showed the young lady it could be done. On this note I paid for my items as the shop alarm was blaring out and left the shop with my doubled bagged bag for free. Let it be known that all beverages made it home safe.

Horsham's shop by the main train station has one absolutely appalling female member of staff, name begins with K but I won't name fully...

Consistently abhorrent service from this charmer, letting down the whole store of otherwise really pleasant staff.

I can't believe she's still working there and I hope management eventually take action.

Incredibly unhelpful / rude service from the guy at Onestop Buckden today at 16:40 on the 19th of June. The Royal Mail collection guy was a witness to this. He was there with me and saw what happened.

The one stop in south ascot I'd managed by a couple of rude women. The costa coffee machine is a disgrace as it gives you hardly any coffee for £2.40.

I have been using this shop for years now in Barlaston.
Very helpful and friendly staff that are always happy help if need them. Great selection of goods on offer at a fair price. Couldn’t praise it more. Keep doing what you are doing!😊

If I could give zero I would! I put a complaint into the he’s office about a member of staff and today I was told I’m banned from the shop for harassment when all I did was complain! That’s allowed! I will be taking this further.

Went into One Stop in Hook. Never have I been ever been treated so badly. Woman was rude - was stacking shelves when I asked if anyone was serving - she snapped I will come in a minute! She begrudgingly processed my parcel. No hello, please or thank you - Just plain rude. This should be called No Stop not One Stop !! A lesson in basic manners required and needs booking on to a Customer Service Training Course

are staff trying to make up for the shoplifters robbing them by robbing my son of nearly £2.00 change good job i cant walk otherwise be down there ripping somebody a new one, not the first time its happened either

Went to post a Yodel parcel in One Stop Hereford, not the first time I’ve done this. Every time I asked to send off or collect a parcel, I’m met with a groan, as if it’s an inconvenience to the staff.

This time was no different, a member of staff asked me to wait at the other till even though no one was waiting to be served at hers. I waited for another member of staff to come & do it, he stood over me & didn’t bother going around to the other side of the counter. They continued to talk whilst I was just stood there waiting for confirmation. The guy just carried on talking & I walked off saying thanks. I don’t understand why they work in a shop if they don’t like customers, literally so rude every time I go in! I never leave bad reviews, I’ve just had enough of the staff there after months of this.

Worst company and waste of time. You wait a month for delivery and then they just cancel it. Do not use

Only fair to share my google review on here for one stop billesley lane Moseley, Birmingham.

Extremely rude and lazy staff whenever I need help with the Evri printer getting jammed they huff and puff and roll their eyes like I’m asking for the world. For a few months the Evri machine has an “out of order” sign on it I believe they put it there deliberately so that they don’t have to deal with the returns as part of their commitment to lazy and poor customer service. Not a single pleasant or helpful person working at this shop and I’ve been coming here for 7 years I get better customer service from the bins outside.

One Stop in Macclesfield is a joke the cash machine is not working, only taking cash only payments on the till and paypoint not working or it's never open for a full day the place needs to be closed down as it needs to be taken over where things will work

I've never had a problem until the old woman with short gray hair started working their,very bad attitude very dismissive rude,shame as one bad apple spoils the bunch,I will be taking this further.

Why have you installed Glastonbury type music in your Midsomer Norton store,youll never get another PENNY out of me.Update dec 2025,asked to make a formal complaint,chap got the manager VERY unhelpfull.Dont get me wrong,I do like music,i work in a radio station,but not when im trying to shop.TURN IT OFF.
