Dear customer,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience.
Unfortunately, we had to cancel your order as it appeared that two samples of the same fabric were ordered by mistake. We also sent you an email to confirm whether you intended to order two meters instead, but as we did not receive a reply, we proceeded to cancel the order to avoid any confusion or unnecessary charges.
When your order was cancelled, we sent another email explaining the reason for the cancellation.
A full refund has also been issued to your original payment method.

Fabric is beautiful exactly what colour I wanted... delivery was also good...Thankyou very much.. I will be back for more as I need dark blue satin fabric... and rose gold satin fabric..

Updated review
Further to my previous review,this is an update re-one stop fabrics.I had stated I had not received the samples ordered.The company have now refunded me (inc.the postage paid) which (unfortunately) I still think is excessive (3.99) for two 10cm.samples.However, I do appreciate the company responding to my review and reimbursing me in full therefore - the reason for four stars on this occasion.

I ordered a cotton fabric and instead was sent 100% synthetic fabric and no one has replied to my email pointing this out.

Five star service
Helpful on a phone enquiry and arranged a sample to check correct pattern and quality, delivered as promised. Follow up order was quickly despatched and the price was reasonable. Better that I was able to order half a metre for a cuddly toy replacement dress of 40 yrs, not many companies do that. Thanks!
