Very helpful

I rung up and spoke to Tom Carter he was friendly, professional and extremely helpful took the time to explain how to input MID and double checked I understood it. He also when through the details of the policy.

Rachel was amazing

I must say I had to contact one sure today as I have had to finish work due to ill health, I connected to Rachel and what a lady, she was kind considerate and none judgemental, she had a lovely soft careing Manor about her, and very helpful, 5 star young lady

One Sure are excellent

One Sure are excellent! They are straight to the point, accurate and nothing is too much trouble. Everything is explained and clear- from setting up to amending my policy. Any updates or suggestions are queried with me first so no hidden fees or surprises.

I’ve spoken to Advisor Tom Carter several times and he is amazing- always extremely polite, calm and respectful despite my numerous questions. He always goes the extra step to ensure I get the best out of my policy without adding unnecessary extras and costs!

This company takes your money then


This company takes your money then comes up with every excuse not to insure the lorry i have never dealt with a company so crap at what they do. Take so long to answer the phone the customer service is crap. Please do not use them they will rip you off even if you answer every question truthfully say they will phone you back & never do

Thankyou for your feedback, which we have now reviewed. We have reviewed all call recordings and can see there was a question with regards to the no claims bonus coming from a Fleet policy which is unacceptable and all calls were checked form point of sale to confirm what was discussed. We also did try to make contact with yourself. We do not accept fleet bonus and this was not discussed on your initial call. We have also checked the long wait times you have eluded to and can also confirm we have a average speed of answer under 2 minutes. Samantha saved the day

I called with a question about updating vehicles on my traders policy, I spoke to Samantha who talked me through everything on my app while I was on the phone with her. Very professional and I could tell that she was very good at her job because she answered all my questions Very quickly, I dont have to call often as my traders insurance runs smoothly but I always know they go above and beyond to help there customers.

Stay well away


How does one insurance company ge away with this. I had my insurance cancelled because of their negligence. Staff have attitude and when you speak back they hang up. I’d rather ride a bike then insure with them. Stay well away. Bunch of lies

Aimee was super helpful

Aimee was super helpful. Was courteous and kind and spent time explaining things and giving the right advice. This advice was outstanding and helped get the service that I needed. My day went from bad to good after speaking to her and her getting the best for my work. Thank you.

Helpful and friendly service

Had an issue with payment links which meant our policy was scheduled for cancellation which was alarming, but upon phoning up today and yesterday the team were happy to help, didn't spend too long on hold and they waved the late payment fee as they understood it wasn't our fault.

Tom Carter in particular was very helpful and friendly!
