They tell that they cover third party motor trade insurance, after 20 mins of conversation, they cannot give a third-party insurance.
Waste of time.

Spoke to Thomas he was very helpful and provided quotes with clarity good explanation am extremely happy to have spoken to him

No mess, no fuss, no prolonged hold times.
Polite, friendly, and even tried to sell me home & contents insurance 🤣

I have a had long chat with the gentleman Tom Carter, very professional and friendly experience with the chap. Quite happy with dealing with them.

This company can not improve its sole purpose is to fleece people. They do not tell you over the phone about the extortionate cost of cancelling your policy My cancellation fees came to just under £400 with all the add ons. . .Yes I should have read the small print but busy days are what they are you don't expect this . Always make sure you run your contract through Ai .

I've been with one shaw insurance from 2019 never missed a payment 3 weeks ago a had a accident so as my van wasn't drive able paid £60 to swop over and now after 3 weeks later they are saying as I have a ccj from 2021 they are cancelling my insurance policy and not repairing it and returning it damage

Avoid at all costs!
Having spent only 1 year with these I will not be a returning customer! Staff run the phone lines & when issues arrive with staff then the staff also deal with the complaints & no management see this! This is extremely hidden & means problems get hidden!! Staff have massive attitudes and use their own rules to push you into more arguments.
I will never pay a single penny to these again & suggest you avoid!!

I was charged £71 non declared commission for choosing to finance my car insurance. This is in addition to their normal commission from insurers then they charged me an extra "£39 charges" when I sent a copy of my no claims certificate. I would not use them again . They did not act with my interests in mind as my broker. They failed in their fiduciary duty by not declaring the finance commission.

Zak Crewe was amazing. 2 days it took to get both our shop insurances sorted and hours of calls but in the end we got the best price and agreement. So happy and would highly recommend to all.
