While that request was open and compliance checks were ongoing, we were unable to address your other questions until those checks were completed.

Weekend log in problems are a nightmare…
Weekend log in problems are a nightmare with one trading absolutely no help at all..
You send them an email and it says they will reply within 24 hours which is useless if you need to trade.. this is the only way to contact them :(
Had a email over the weekend and it looks like you cannot have one trading account if you live in the UK anymore.
We were not sent any information about this only when we logged in and could not access our funds and then emailing them asking what was going on did I get this information.
Emailed them again 12 hours ago and just now 11am 20 Jan 2025 no access to my funds or crypto.
Let see how long it takes to get my crypto and funds back
20 Jan 2025 seem to be getting one email a day. Replied to the email they sent almost immediately but no reply so far
Phone number might help!

After reviewing our support system, I wasn’t able to find a ticket under your first and last name. This leads me to believe there might have been an error, and the review may have been left on the wrong company’s profile.
For clarification, when you open a support ticket with us, you receive an automatic confirmation message. After that, all further communication is handled directly by a real member of our customer care team who will personally manage your case.

You can buy long positions in FOUR different currencies, no more, no less. What a great trading platform.......
EDIT for response: I rather use a crypto exchange that you can actually buy crypto with. You have great design that is appealing to unskilled traders like me, but I doubt it's very useful.

I closed my account
My account was unused after the big changeover in December 2023 to January 2024 and the export of all cryptos. Since then I have been on another platform where I can trade the various cryptos in my portfolio.
+: Fast support, in the end and with a lot of effort everything was handled to my satisfaction.
-: it needs support, new few different coins, the changeover to the new platform was rather chaotic and without sufficient prior information.

I am very happy with the support. First getting a direct reply informing me that my issue is being addressed and without further complications my request was addressed. I am aware that a lot of tickets are generated each day, so the time to get my matter resolved was very acceptable. Finally also checking with me that all has been resolved to my content.
