They respond very quickly in support. This is unusual for this type of company. The issue hasn't been resolved yet, but I don't think it's this company's fault, and I hope they manage to do so.

Can't sell the platform's own token (BEST)
The responses were timely and friendly. But I expected more help getting to sell my BEST. If the company decides to stop supporting their own Token, the least they can do is offer alternative solutions outside their ecosystem.
I appreciate the people on the support team. I don't appreciate the guidelines set up.

Fall 24555 ist seit dem 22.09.25 offen.
Dieser Fall wurde seitens OT eröffnet, da ich mich über eine kostenlose VPN via USA eingewählt habe.
Seither ist meine Wallet mit einer Sperre belegt und sollte nach einer erneuten Validierung wieder freigegeben werden. Das ist bisher nicht geschehen und Nachfragen beim Support sind ohne neueren update.
Das ist sehr schad, war ich doch bisher sehr zufrieden gewesen.

Super Service nach gesperrtem Account und Reaktivierung
Mein Account war infolge längerer Abwesenheit gesperrt worden.
Mir wurde aber sofort und unkompliziert geholfen - die nötigen Schritte für die Reaktivierung wurden mir klar und eindeutig kommuniziert.
Das Problem an sich wurde dann sehr schnell gelöst und ich habe wieder Zugriff.
So sehe ich Kundensupport gerne - schnell, sachlich und verständlich in der Kommunikation.
