Sono stata truffata da una consulente di nome Zoe si è appropriata di €5200 dei miei soldi adesso non risponde più ai messaggi non risponde al telefono una sua assistente mi aveva assicurato d riferire quanto accaduto ma non sono stata contattata da nessuno non sono seri perderete i soldi se investite con loro pessima esperienza state alla larga sono truffatoriio ho detto la verità certo che i vostri consulenti contattano telefonicamente i poveri investitori che verranno truffati io ho chiesto il rimborso di quanto investito ed è sceso il silenzio totale è un mio diritto avere il rimborso continuo a gridare a gran voce che sono solo dei truffatori ci sono altre testimonianze su internet che lo confermano fate attenzione ho scritto anche mail al supporto ma anche li nessuna risposta

non risulti essere un cliente di One Trading: l’indirizzo email che hai fornito non è presente nel nostro sistema. Inoltre, non offriamo assistenza telefonica e nessuno di One Trading ti avrebbe mai chiamato. Non abbiamo nemmeno un dipendente con quel nome.
È chiaro che la recensione non riguarda One Trading e ti chiediamo gentilmente di rimuoverla.

Impressive customer service rep
Louise was professional, courteous and the turnaround for her replies was impressive. Above what I could ever realistically expect. My query was resolved on the first attempt and her follow up afterwards made me feel valued.

Trust and good support are the most important things for me in a crypto exchange. When I made my withdrawal request, I received an immediate response from a support person and the withdrawal was also processed quickly and without complications. Excellent service!
