I have been having problems with the council paying ny deposit and rent on a private property and I and go on my original move in date, so I had to call up and see if my bill could be moved back i had isabelle on the phone and she was amazing and brilliant the service she gave was amazing she said she was angry on my behalf and managed to move it back by 2 weeks so I can get my new move in date she was so sweet and kind and made me feel a lot better about this whole situation I am in 100% great service and 100% on commination
