Ich kann mich den Vorerfahrungen leider nur anschließen. Im April drei Paar zur Auswahl bestellt, zwei davon retourniert. Diese sind auch im Logistikzentrum nachvollziehbar Ende April angekommen. Die Erstattung hat sich bis Ende Juli (!!!) gezogen und das auch nur nach mehrfachem Kontakt zum „Kundenservice“ per Telefon und Mail.
Jetzt Ende Oktober - 6 Monate nach Retoure- kam eine Mail mit einer „Rückerstattungsbestätigung“?
Für so einen großen Laden wirklich unglaublich miserabler Service, hilfloser Kundenservice und undurchsichtige Abläufe. Der Fortschritt einer Rücksendung lässt sich kaum nachvollziehen, viele wichtige Punkte sind auf der Website sehr versteckt oder wenig intuitiv zu verstehen.
Ich brauchte sehr viel Zeit und Geduld, um mein Geld wiederzubekommen- das geht tatsächlich nicht und grenzt für mich zumindest an ein bewusstes Arbeiten des Unternehmens mit Geld, das ihm nicht gehört. Und bin wenig überrascht davon, dass es sehr nach einer Masche klingt.

Terrible service I ordered the wrong trainer and within five minutes I tried to go and cancel it. It wouldn’t let me so I spoke to an advisor and they said they can’t cancel it. I have to wait for it to come then arrange for it to be shipped back and then they would issue a refund. What the hell is going on? Absolutely ridiculous it was just the wrong colour. I was going to order a different colour but now won’t be ordering from them again.

Habe meine Schuhe im Juni 2026 für 160€ gekauft. Im September 2026 hat sich die Fersenlasche verabschiedet und das Gummi vorne am Schuh gelöst. Ich habe Fotos und Video für die Reklamation eingereicht. Diese wurde jetzt abgelehnt!! Ich bin verärgert! Schlechte Qualität und schlechter Kundenservice!

I'm glad I didn't read the reviews here on trustpilot before my purchase. I must say that I had an absolutely smooth shopping experience, the shoes are beautiful, correct size and my daughter was delighted. As for the quality, I will update my review if there will be problems. Today, my review can only be 5 stars. Customer care answered immediately when I asked about the shipping and the shoes arrived in less than a week.

Vor 3 Wochen ein Paar Tokuten retourniert und bis heute noch keine Erstattung! Das geht überhaupt nicht! Bin mittlerweile Stammkundin und habe auch ein anderes Paar fairerweise für die Retoure bestellt, weil auch einfach die Farbe besser passt. Es sollte bitte dringend reagiert werden! Ansonsten verliert Onutsika Tiger sein Gesicht und Ruf! Der Kundenservice muss präzise und schnell reagieren!

They keep cancelling orders after a week or more days. So you pay, and by the time they refund you it’s more than two weeks at least. Also no explanation on why the orders are cancelled. This was not the case up until 2-3 years ago. Pity.

Extremely disappointing experience with Onitsuka Tiger.
I purchased a pair of shoes that was used only around 2–3 times per month, yet one of the shoes developed a serious problem. The other shoe remains in normal condition, and the soles show very little wear.
I contacted customer service and spent almost two weeks providing the photos and information they repeatedly requested. After all that, I received a rejection based essentially on the fact that more than six months had passed since the purchase, claiming that the condition could be “normal wear and tear.”
How can a shoe with barely worn soles, used only occasionally, develop this issue on just ONE shoe and simply be dismissed as normal wear? What does that say about the expected lifespan and quality of the product?
What disappointed me even more was the customer service. I expected much more from a Japanese brand, particularly one associated with quality, attention to detail and excellent customer service. Instead, I felt that my case was dismissed without a proper consideration of the evidence I provided.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have had with a brand. I am extremely disappointed with Onitsuka Tiger and will be sharing my experience publicly and with other consumers.

Ai, had ik dit maar eerder gelezen. Bestelling ging goed, retournering van 1 van de 2 paar traag maar ook gelukt. Nu is er binnen twee maanden een defect aan een van de sneakers. Foto's gestuurd, vervolgens is een video nodig. Ook gestuurd, vervolgens na twee weken onderstaand verzoek van de klantenservice: Om je klacht verder in behandeling te kunnen nemen, vraagt onze interne afdeling om de volgende foto's en een video van de schoenen:

Oftewel, we vragen iets onmogelijk dan hoeven we er niets mee te doen. Ik heb melding gemaakt bij ACM consuwijzer en aan de webshop gevraagd of ze uit kunnen leggen waarom het eerder overhandigde bewijs niet voldoende was.

I bought my £170 Mexico 66s in March 2026, as a treat to myself. As I never usually spend that amount of money on shoes, I always ensure to care for them and have worn them very cautiously. Unfortunately in August 2026 I went to put my shoes on and the back tab is torn. I contacted customer service as I feel that this should not have occurred considering how new they are and how little I have worn them. Unfortunately, customer services seem to have no problem with the fact the shoes have broken so soon and have not offered any assistance, not even any advice on how to fix them!
My partner has the same pair as me and has had no issues at all after having them for nearly 18 months, much more than my 6 months and has had no issues. I had such high hopes for the quality of the shoes especially considering the price but unfortunately I have been left disappointed by both the quality of the product as well as the quality of customer services.

Ik heb een artikel geretourneerd, maar geen bevestiging of terugbetaling ontvangen. De klantenservice is onprofessioneel en reageert niet op e-mails van klanten.

I would absolutely stay away from this company. This is a shame as the original Onitsuka Tiger sneakers were iconic, high quality and meticulously crafted.
There is no human to call, the website is horribly confusing for someone in the US. I muddled my way through an online order of three sneakers, only to receive one clearly defective pair, and the others were too large even though I ordered the identical cm from previous orders.

So here is a company that penalizes you a crazy costly return postage for incorrect sizing, even though you order the same size! The emails went back & forth and they tried to explain it away (ever so politely yet no doubt insincerely) that perhaps I misunderstood the distinction between men, women & unisex. That’s a lot of nonsense, I went by centimeter. To that they responded that different shoe styles can have the same centimeter yet be different sizes. Well for the Lord’s sake, if my feet are in the US, and your sneakers vary wildly even with identical sizing, how on earth can I reasonably fit myself correctly? Order 3 sizes and then be faced with a monstrous return postage? This is corrupt.

Stay away at all costs. ☠️

Habe zwei Paar Schuhe bestellt, auf dem Lieferschein sind auch zwei Paar Schuhe aufgeführt, aber geliefert wurde nur ein Paar Schuhe. (Anhand der Grösse des Kartons war auch direkt ersichtlich, dass dort keine zwei Paar hineinpassen.)
Warte bereits seit vier Monaten entweder auf das zweite Paar oder die Rückerstattung. Ist in der Logistikabteilung in "Prüfung"...

I made 2 orders on the website, from the USA. I had to return both orders because the shoes were too small. I am shocked at how misleading the website is. All items are in English and in US$ dollars, and yet i have to return them to japan and pay $70 shipping for each shoe. So i have to pay $70 return shipping fee for a shoe that retails at $190. I have never EVER experienced just a scam of shipping fee. I made 2 orders, one for 1 shoe and the other for 2 shoes. I now have to pay $70 return shipping for one order and a fee of $140 return shipping for the other. Can you imagine!! How is anyone supposed to notice that the oder is coming from Japan and that this website has no service in the USA????? The order confirmation emails were in $ and showed a shipping cost (to the client) of $15! and then SURPRISE , i have to return them for a shipping cost of $70 for each shoes! what a scam. And their customer service is awful! i wish i had read the reviews here. Never again tiger shoes!

SCAM ARTISTS rather than online shop.
After 3 weeks of non sense gong around the circle providing fake and made up tracking number for order that has never been shipped and countless follow ups and PayPal engagement was able to get my money back. They are such a disgrace to online business community the way they handle orders (rather actually not handling the orders at all)

Very poor service from Onitsuka. Precarious sizing. Open a ticket because right heel is slipping out. Being thanked for patience. Returning responses between 24 to 72 hours. They did not approve or agree my claim. So now i have to pay return. They won't provide a return label that I will end up paying for anyways. Then also come and say I am out of the return window at the conclusion of the ticket.by when we were in communication this whole time never said you can wait for the outcome of the ticket but you will miss the return window or close the ticket and return them before the ticket closes. Not CooL

I ordered sandal shoes never received them. The item was lost. I emailed twice no response.
There is no phone number to call and no way to communicate with delivery company.

Wirklich fatal wie mit Retouren umgegangen wird in diesem Laden!!!
Ich habe meine Schuhe mit deren Retourenlabel vor 2,5 Monaten zurückgeschickt und trotz mehrfacher Emails kein Geld zurückbekommen. Jetzt solle Ich mich Gedulden, da die Schuld ja nicht bei denen liege, aber ja wohl auch nicht an mir, wenn Ich alles wie vorhergesehen zurückgebe.

I placed order **OT-GB00661372** four days ago, but I have received no updates whatsoever. I have also been unable to reach your customer service team by any means.

Is this really how you treat your customers? This has been an extremely disappointing experience. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last purchase from your company, and I will never choose to shop with you again.

I expect an immediate update regarding my order.

My recommendation to everyone is to stay away from this shop.
I ordered two pairs of shoes and immediately returned one pair. Onitsuka Tiger confirmed receipt of the returned item, but after 4 weeks I still have not received my refund.
In the meantime, I have sent several emails to customer service. They replied once, but now they seem to have disappeared completely.
So once again, my warning is: STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT SHOP!!!!!!
