Ich warte immernoch auf mein zweites Paar Schuhe.

Habe zwei bestellt aber nur eines geliefert bekommen. Auf meine Nachfrage hin, wurde ich immer wieder vertröstet. ACHTUNG ABZOCKE!

The sole of the show started to come off. Within 4 months of purchase the sole of my shoe has started loosing grip. Bought in Jan 2026 sitting in May 2026 and worn the shoe no more than 10 times. This is the quality for which we pay a premium.

Für eine Retoure habe ich nach zwei Monaten immer noch keine Rückerstattung bekommen.

Purchased a £150 pair of Onitsuka Tiger shoes in October as a birthday gift for my sister. They were only worn a handful of times during December and January before the glue at the front of the shoe began separating, along with damage appearing at the heel.

I reported the issue in February and have been trying to resolve it since March. During this time, the shoes have not been worn, yet the glue separation has continued to worsen.

What has been most disappointing is not just the quality issue itself, but the handling of the complaint. After months of back-and-forth and multiple “management reviews”, the only resolution offered was a 30% refund on shoes that have barely been used.

At no point was the durability concern meaningfully addressed. For a £150 product, I would expect significantly better quality and customer service.

Based on my experience, I would be never buy from Onitsuka Tiger again, and by the seems of things, other people have also had similar issues with bad customer service and bad quality.

Women beware - These are sized for men. They don’t convert well to women’s sizes. And if purchasing from them directly, you will pay $15 for shipping to the US and then $40 in shipping to return!!! They won’t reimburse you for shipping or do an exchange so you’ll be out $55 for shoes that don’t fit. My 16 year old daughter had asked for these for her birthday but I can’t risk buying her the next size down. Oh, and they do no not respond to messages sent from the “contact us” page of their website.

The shoes were way too big even though I ordered the correct size. It is virtually impossible to exchange them since the website only gives you the option to return. I ended up having to pay $40 in DHL shipping fees to return them They were a gift

First, the shoes we bought for my daughter started tearing at the heel after a very short time. We bought them in Milan. When we contacted the store, they asked for the POS receipt, which we no longer had. However, we did have the Global Blue document prepared by the store itself, but they refused to accept it for an exchange or refund.

Then, one month ago, we bought another pair of shoes for my husband in Japan. He wore them only three times, and the sides and front of the shoes already started coming apart. We took them to the store with the receipt we had, but they still refused to replace the product because the shoes had been worn.

I have never seen a company in my life with such poor product quality and such disregard for customer satisfaction. We are still exchanging messages with two different stores, and they continue refusing to provide any solution. Their policy seems to be exhausting customers with unreasonable excuses until they give up.

Très mauvaise expérience, colis perdu pendant de longues semaines; enfin arrivé suite à des innombrables emails envoyés au service client. Les chaussures trop petites dons j'aimerais faire un retour mais le système ne l'accepte pas. Je me prépare à passer des heures supplémentaires à essayer de résoudre ce problème.

Ich habe dort ein T-Shirt bestellt und kurz darauf eine E-Mail erhalten, dass meine Bestellung ohne irgendeine Begründung storniert wurde. Also habe ich das T-Shirt erneut bestellt. Plötzlich kamen dann zwei T-Shirts an, die ich natürlich beide bezahlt hatte.

Als ich eines zurückschicken wollte, funktionierte die Retoure nicht. Deshalb habe ich es auf eigene Kosten privat zurückgeschickt – für 20 € Versandkosten. Monate später habe ich immer noch kein Geld zurückbekommen!

Nach mehrfachem telefonischem Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice wurde mir sogar bestätigt, dass das T-Shirt angekommen ist. Trotzdem passiert nichts. Man bekommt nur ständig gesagt: „Sie haben recht, wir geben es weiter.“ Mehr passiert aber nicht.

Man wird nur hingehalten und mit anderen Worten verarscht. Finger weg von dieser Marke und diesem Service!!! Betrüger!!!!

wrong trainers sent, slow customer service and difficult to get refund. Very expensive trainers, poor customer service that offer no resolution to their own mistakes.

One of the worst transactions ever done in my life. I've received a wrong pair of shoes. Customer service incompetance was visible from the first interaction, slow, unhelpful, 3 weeks later still haven't cleared this situation. I've returned the order and they only processed a single pair instead of 2. To the management if you're wondering why your revenue is weak, look no further. Absurd for a Japanese company. Never ordering anything else.

Really disappointing and frustrating experience. My return was delivered on 10 April and I still have not received my refund.

I keep getting generic replies, even after sending proof of delivery multiple times. It feels like nobody is actually trying to help.

I definitely won’t order again.

The most worse customer service ever re lived shoes and the suede is so week 2 hrs wearing a part of it went bald complained they said it was natural suede wear down taking them to court now

Onitsuka Tiger (German customer service ) not helpful at all. A return package got stuck at a UPS station and has not moved in 13 days. Onitsuka customer service responded a couple of times with no actual help offered and they are not investigating this. I give up and take the loss of the amount already paid.

Can't even buy them. Card rejected twice, klarna doesnt work, credit card doesn't work. Reading others reviews it seems like the luck was on my side as these people can't even run a website or app to process payments. On top of that almost always the trainer you will want will be out of stock or no normal sizes available.

Prachtige schoenen maar de afhandeling van een klacht laat enorm te wensen over. Er was een productiefout en de afhandeling daarvan duurde meer dan twee maanden. Nadat ik ze eindelijk mocht retourneren heb ik na twee weken mijn geld nog niet retour. Voor zo’n groot en gerenommeerd merk mag men toch betere service verwachten.

There is no customer service to contact. I received my shoes on March 26th & was told on April 7th that the return window had closed. I recall a 30 day window to return. Nice shoes but only buy on Amazon where you can exchange for a different size.

The sizes were completely off, I ordered a pair of 66s size 11 which I am in pretty much every shoe I own. But that's no problem my low review is not for that, is for the fact that I HAVE TO pay almost 40 bucks, 38.50 to be exact to return a shoe that didn't fit me. Terrible experience.
