Same experience as most with trying to return an item. Customer service team terrible for responding taking up to a week to reply to my messages. Eventually got the item returned but £60 out of pocket for the postage back to them. Avoid avoid avoid.. might be nice trainers but terrible company in all other aspects. so don’t support them by buying their products. You have been warned.

Well, like so many here, I've been caught in the "unable to return due to return time expiring" scam as well. I ordered two pair of shoes, one for myself and one for my husband. His shoes were good but mine did not fit. Same deal, sent an email, they did respond once asking for photo's (which I supplied) and then nothing.
I knew that if I waited for them to reply, I actually would be past the 30 days return window. I called American Express and told them what was happening and as it turns out, if a company refuses to honor their return policy, which they are doing by leaving us all hanging when we want to make a return, that is a valid reason to dispute the charge.
So that's exactly what I've done. I'm happy to pay for my husband's shoes but why should I pay for shoes I can't even wear? I disputed the charge for my shoes,
and after they looked into it, the charge is being removed. Do not wait until the return window closes.
Call whatever CC company you used to make the purchase and dispute the charge for Onitsuka Tiger because they refuse to honor their return policy.
Now I have shoes that I can't wear but at least I didn't get burned by Onitsuka Tiger trying to force me to pay for them. BEWARE of this company online.

Zelf geen negatieve ervaring gehad met mijn bestelling of een retour. Heb de GSM SD besteld in cream/peacoat, schoenen zijn top qua comfort en kwaliteit. Zitten naar mijn mening veel fijner dan andere (duurdere) sneakers..

Similar to others, I tried to contact them to arrange an exchange, the order number falsely stated I was outside the return window and messages to the customer service team have been ignored. Do not order from this website.

It seems a lot of people are having the same issue as me. Only 4 days after receiving my order I am unable to generate a returns label as I’ve missed the window for returns? 3 working days later! The Onitsuka Tiger team and Global-e team are not responding to my customer service requests to get this issue sorted, meaning, I’ve been scammed out of $285.

You are at risk if you order online. I tried to submit a return request same day I received the shoes. The return portal says I already passed the return window. Then I tried to contact customer support but with no response.

Update on Oct 25, 2024

I received a response from customer support on 20th of October asking me to send them a photo of the item number, model and size!!! Which already clear in my order. I sent them the requested photos on the next day. After that I never heard back from them. I will keep updating my review and experience with them.

Update on November 6.

I created another ticket on November 1st, then I received a reply from customer service asking me to send photos again which I did. Then again no more response from them. The keep ignoring my message.

Now, I really care about the money, it is about respect.

BWT, their sizes are a bit different from other brands. So be careful ordering online.

I will keep sharing my experience here.

And still NEVER AGAIN based on the experience so far.

I’m extremely disappointed with the $33 I had to pay to return two pairs I bought online that were too small. I'm not even sure if it's legal to charge customers for returns in Australia. I will NEVER purchase anything from this shop again

Od ponad dwóch tygodni (18 dni) onitsukatiger.com blokuje mój zwrot nie przysyłając mi naklejki do zwrotu.
Zwrot jest poprawnie zgłoszony już w dniu odebrania zamówienia ale ale bez naklejki nie mogę odesłać.
Trudno uwierzyć ale marka Onitsuka Tiger w Polsce posiada stronę, która oszukuje klientów uniemożliwiając im zwrot, który gwarantuje ich regulamin i polskie prawo. Przestrzegam przed tą stroną. Nie spodziewałam się, że zostanę tak potraktowana przez dobrze znaną markę jaką jest Onitsuka Tiger.

Order from any other website but this! Horrible customer service, i cant return my order. Comfy shoes though

Ordered from the UK website. Order confirmed & then received an email saying it had been cancelled. Received a further email saying my order had been dispatched. Order arrived (sent from Germany). Opened to find 2 pairs of shoes, neither of which were the ones ordered & both in the wrong size. The advice note in the box was the only thing that matched my order. Returned for refund and not taking the risk of ordering again from both that experience & other similar tales on here.

I never got the shoes. I informed the company. The shipping company page shows that the tracking number is in status "shipping company waiting for goods from vendor" nearly since 3 month now. I wrote 5 mails. They still got my money.

Same experience as recent buyer below. I submitted an order on 9/13/24 - received the shoes on 9/17. Went to submit a return request on 9/22 and the system said my order was past the return window. It says online the return policy is 14 days from delivery, so this makes no sense. I have been trying to contact customer service for help but have not gotten any responses. This is ridiculous.

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. I needed to return a pair of shoes I ordered online, but they didn’t provide a return shipping label. When I tried to generate one through their return form, it said the return window had expired – just one day after my shoes were delivered! This is completely unreasonable and feels like a deliberate attempt to make returns difficult. I contacted customer service, but they were unhelpful. I expected better and will not be shopping here again.

Compré unas zapatillas en onitsuka Paris Francia, me atendió Lori, amorosa, me ayudó en todo y me asesoró súper bien. Algo que destacó es que sabía hablar español y eso fue muy eficiente, excelente vendedora! Muy amable, cordial en su trato, me asesoró y me explicó las características de cada modelo de zapatillas.

After all the really bad reviews I was worried about ordering, but a pair of their trainers was literally the only thing on the birthday pressie list. We have had a great experience. Trainers arrived quickly, they were amazing but sadly didn’t fit. Return was free, money is back with us really quickly. Now we just need the bigger size to come into stock!

Ze worden niet opgestuurd.
Ik wacht al bijna 2 weken. Op de site staat 3 dagen.
Niemand weet waar ze zijn. Volgens dhl zouden ze afgeleverd zijn in Duitsland.

Onitsuka Tiger klantenservice behandelt je als een klein kind die maar moet wachten of een lang verloren product formulier moet invullen. Je geld krijg je pas terug als zij t terecht vinden.

Echt waardeloos en dit kan nooit op zich zelf staan. Het is gewoon een slechte afhandeling van A tot Z.

190 euro armer en nog steeds geen schoenen.

Ik raad dit bedrijf absoluut NIET aan.

Regarding the EU online shop, it sells worn out shoes as they were new at the price of new stock. That's inconceivable. Who checks the returned items? They really can't be resold at full price in those conditions.
As other people said before me, shoes are nice but the seller has awful policies.

Always been a fan of this shoe but latest service was terrible. Delayed delivery twice resulting in me missing them before leaving the country. Expensive lesson. When you order they send from Germany, not UK….. expect long delays. I won’t buy them again

Bought the Mexico 66 Mid Runners. Got here pretty quickly. No problems there.

4th July: Shoe was too big and had some damage around the ankle and heel so I wanted to return it.

UK website but shoes come from Germany. This is never stated on the site.

30th July: Still waiting. I have no idea if they have it. No response whatsoever. I did get a non-EU charge from UPS though so that's great. More money out, no money in.

Surely the CEO knows how terrible their company is, right?
Their customer service couldn't understand a simple question of "My local delivery company is having huge delays due to X. Do I still have time to return my order?"
CS: "I'm sorry, I don't understand the question."

Kihachiro Onitsuka must be rolling in his grave. It's genuinely sad.
Will update WHEN I get a refund.

Update: Apparently my return is "lost" despite the UPS tracking saying that the return was delivered a MONTH ago. So either they're lying to me, the shoes have been stolen or they've simply been forgotten which I refuse to believe since the tracking says that they were delivered to the exact same place as the return address. Very interesting.

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Didn’t deliver what I ordered, ignored requests to return my money. Ignored my formal complaint. Had to take them to court to get my money back. Asked repeatedly for an explanation - ignored that too.
