My first time shopping with Online Gifts - everything was fantastic. Had the product I needed (which I couldn't find anywhere else) and it was shipped out quickly.

I ordered the chicory root on August 8 online with cypress post. I have still not received the product and checking the tracking, it is still in Ma. And does not look if it had made any progress. It is now August 22

Bought Oud perfume & Guerlin Vetiver, so far so good and I am not disappointed

Who orders food baskets delivered from half way across the country? We ordered a good sized snack/food basket For a birthday in the Vancouver area in a week. The website says : “ If you are looking for online gift baskets delivery IN Toronto, Mississauga ON, Niagara Falls, Brampton, Edmonton, Calgary, Brampton, Scarborough, Vancouver,Montreal or any other cities in Canada you are at the right place”. It also states they have VANCOUVER (and the other cities listed), GIFT BASKETS", What does that mean?...it sounds like that if we order a gift basket for a person IN Vancouver, it will ship from Vancouver because it states “Delivery IN rather than Delivery TO right? Ummm nope! We asked for delivery on the 14th, a week away. We get a notice the next day, that the order shipped ..what? .🥺too early if it was shipped IN Vancouver ! But I thought "better early than late, o well". I checked for delivery status and I see that the FOOD basket has shipped from ONTARIO By FEDX GROUND! TO Vancouver and will arrive IN A WEEK! It ended up arriving one day late for the birthday 😔. I was told it was in pretty good condition wrapped in bubble wrap but there was fudge in the basket and was not in perfect shape. They say they don't ship chocolates In the summer but there was fudge in the basket. They say they "Guarantee 100% Satisfaction" 😔 but, when I complained, I got a snarky email reply back. You cant call anyone on the phone, there is NO PHONE NUMBER on the website. Listen, If you say you are "the best", even if you think the customer is wrong you don’t reply that way. I learned my lesson and I won't be so stupid next year, I'll order from a local vendor. ****NOTE***I am not saying this company is dishonest, but they really need to make it clear that all items actually ship FROM Ontario TO whichever city. Being “based on the East Coast" doesn’t mean you don’t have distribution centers throughout the country, which it seemed to me to be saying. I know it was not deceitful but it is confusing. ADVISE: Maybe on the order page before you hit the pay button there should be a pop up saying that the order will ship today (or tomorrow) by ground from Ontario or “ALL ORDERS SHIP FROM OUR BASE IN ONTARIO” and then an “estimated time of arrival” to flag the customer before they hit the send button, like I did😔.

I am very happy with your service, as I was able to purchase products that were difficult to find either online or in a regular retail store. Despite a holiday and the ongoing pandemic , my package arrived within seven business days.

Paid 20 bucks for shipping. Took them a week to prepare it. Creeping 2 weeks still no sign. Covid or not. Service not helpful. Looking elsewhere next time.
